From start to finish Jacob was professional and friendly. The entire time we were being helped I felt like we were being shown the best deals to our particular needs. Lance Preston was great to work with at Dick Says Yes. He was not the typical pushy car salesman. Worked with Corey Fortner. We were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. After multiple test drives and even taking the car home to "test" for a night I eventually decided that the type of vehicle Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We were very happy with our car buying experience in all areas except one. Our only complaint came after we signed all the paper work and found out that there was only one key. The replacement key was $18 areas except one. Our only complaint came after we signed all the paper work and found out that there was only one key. The replacement key was $180.00. We were very slow in deciding on our car. Lawrence was very helpful and very patient. He was very friendly and knew a lot about the cars we were looking at and if he didnt know something he found out rig very helpful and very patient. Buying a car is usually a daunting experience, but my buying experience with the "Dick Says Yes" dealership was actually enjoyable! Lance Preston is a great sales person and not your typical used car sal buying experience with the "Dick Says Yes" dealership was actually enjoyable!
