Went in to look for an inexpensive preowned car so I wouldn't put miles on my lease. Worked with a tall hispanic guy (never bothered to introduce himself), who when I told him what I was looking for com wouldn't put miles on my lease. Worked with a tall hispanic guy (never bothered to introduce himself), who when I told him what I was looking for completely changed his attitude toward me and my wife. He brought us inside to stare at his computer screen at cars located in a different state. If I wanted to look at a computer i wouldn't be at a car lot during a pandemic. I found a car I liked well enough and he insisted I fill out paperwork before driving a vehicle. Long story short he said he'd grab keys and never came back. We walked back down to the honda store and bought the car there instead (hence 2 stars instead of 1 because the young salesman at Honda was amazing.) I've bought cars from Dick Hannah jeep before and have had great experiences. It's a shame that this left a sour taste in my mouth. Shoutout to Dodge service, you guys rock. More

Scott is the worst! Second time I have dealt with him in the service department. Always takes FOREVER I mean hours. First time was to change an out HID headlight in my brand new car. Second time was to get the service department. Always takes FOREVER I mean hours. First time was to change an out HID headlight in my brand new car. Second time was to get a screw out of a tire and have it fixed. This time he decided on his own to have the recalls repaired though we didn’t have time for this to be done today! Find another service advisor that actually communicates properly. More

would never go back i purchased a 2018 ram 3500 with 78000 miles. when i bought the pickup i asked if it had been serviced and i was told yes. after 2000 miles the check i purchased a 2018 ram 3500 with 78000 miles. when i bought the pickup i asked if it had been serviced and i was told yes. after 2000 miles the check engine light came on so i took it back to dealer because it was under there 3 month 3000 mile warranty. the changed the fuel filters and said it was my fault and charged me 355 dollars.
