This was the most seamless, easiest transaction ever buying my 2025 ram 3500 Dooley from Dick Hannah ram in Vancouver! From the initial phone call through the purchase and signing for the vehicle the staff was nothing but a class act! They were all professional attentive and made it extremely easy to purchase this vehicle, when I and my wife had very little sleep and traveled to do the deal on the vehicle and they made it the best experience we’ve had in a long time at a car dealership! Leadership should be thankful that they have staff that takes care of their customers as well as these people did! Would strongly recommend buying from this dealership? I would like to give a shout out to Johnny, Joe, and Tyler, they were the best! The finance manager whose name slips my memory, was also excellent and explained everything on the contract to a T!

First of all, they left a scratch in the front of my bumper they refused to fix at the final signing. I was told that I could not refuse the options. They were going to sell me, even though it says their options and I had the right to accept it. I told the guy to get rid of the paperwork he put it in with the paperwork and my wife signed it, and I didn’t realize it so there are nothing but a bunch of line sacks of cowards, especially the Hole, that didn’t do his job right and that’s what the contract guy does. He’s a sack of garbage.
Incredibly frustrating and disrespectful experience. I am still bewildered by the employees attitude. I had every intention of driving away in a new car. Instead I was left to take an Uber home.
