I took the vehicle in for oil change and warranty work and was asked to pick up car between 5 and 5:30, I explained I needed to pick up betwren 4 and 4:30 as I had another appointment. I was given new rires not too long ago because one of the aatendants noticed one of my tires had a bubble in it. After inspecting my other tires it was determined by him that I needed al new tires. This made me feel safe and let's me know Dick Hannah is the dealership to deal with because I drive to the beach at least 3 week-ends a month. Great service, clean shop, didn't find my real problem the first time, but didn't charge me for re-evaluating the situation either. Dealerships always seem to be a bit higher in price than the independen the first time, but didn't charge me for re-evaluating the situation either. I took my car in for warranty work. they were able to perform the warranty work but my question regarding the key not opening the door was not fixed but was diagnosed something different then they though perform the warranty work but my question regarding the key not opening the door was not fixed but was diagnosed something different then they thought and parts were ordered. they preformed several recalls that I knew nothing about, I was explained in detail about the recalls, the problems and what could and would be done. I was told they woul call me within a week to finish the warranty work. Good attitude and friendly...The only negative I found was having to wait an hour for a courtesy car to take me home...However, when he did get there he was very friendly and nice. thank you Jan johnson More

I've been a Jeep owner for over 12 years and I've never encountered any mechanical problems during the warranty period on any of my past three Jeeps (Wrangler Sport, Cherokee Sport). Finally, the odds fel encountered any mechanical problems during the warranty period on any of my past three Jeeps (Wrangler Sport, Cherokee Sport). Finally, the odds fell through on me and I blew a water pump on my 2008 Grand Cherokee Laredo. I was bummed and anxious that I would have a problem getting warranty service work done. So I phoned into Dick Hannah's Jeep Service Center at the Vancouver Auto Mall. Right away I knew they would take good care of me. They arranged a free tow for me through my Road Side Service Program, got my Jeep into service late in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem; fixed it and called me first thing the next morning! What a great experience...and it made me glad I chose to buy and service my Jeep with Dick Hannah's family of dealerships! Their staff was courteous, professional and obviously well trained and experienced. True professionals! I will not only go back again.
