Dick Hannah Chrysler Dodge Ram

I brought my 2000 Jeep Cherokee in for a 'coolent low' alert, and a grinding noise in the front gears when turning. The grinding was resolved, however the coolent low problem was not. After leaving my car there the entire day, The dealer said it may be due to Jiffy Lube doing service on my vehicle. He left me notes to tell them what was wrong. I went to Jiffy Lube, and they did nothing for me. So, after paying almost $300 for labor, I am a bit annoyed that I need to bring my Jeep in once more to have the coolent low issue looked at again. I don't have the time to have my vehicle tied up. My vehicle is still leaking fluid and the coolent low alert is still coming on. I expecteded to have this issue resolved the first time. More

I bought my car from Dick Hannah 2 years ago, and I have taken it in constantly for regular maintenance. The salesman that I had worked with was amazingly helpful, and helped me to find the perfect car with taken it in constantly for regular maintenance. On 4/25/2010 I called for an appointment to have a recall issue taken care of on my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. While the truck was there they also made some other computer adjustments that weren't scheduled. I thought that was nice on their part so I wouldn't have to make another appointment and come back!!! Upon arriving for service I was ushered right in to the garage and helped immediately. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I did not have an appointment and was put in line and got in very fast. I had to have my key replaced and it was GREAT, and the reprogramming of my new key did not interfere with the other key I had at hom in very fast.
