I bought my car from Dick Hannah 2 years ago, and I have taken it in constantly for regular maintenance. The salesman that I had worked with was amazingly helpful, and helped me to find the perfect car with taken it in constantly for regular maintenance. On 4/25/2010 I called for an appointment to have a recall issue taken care of on my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. While the truck was there they also made some other computer adjustments that weren't scheduled. I thought that was nice on their part so I wouldn't have to make another appointment and come back!!! Upon arriving for service I was ushered right in to the garage and helped immediately. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I did not have an appointment and was put in line and got in very fast. I had to have my key replaced and it was GREAT, and the reprogramming of my new key did not interfere with the other key I had at hom in very fast. The operator was friendly when I called to set up an appointment. He took the information efficiently & confirmed appt. time by sending email.
