I had a belt start to snap and made an appointment for the following week on a Wednesday. Saturday night my belt half snapped, making it not safe to drive. I called Dick Hannah and left a message saying it was imperative I get my car in monday because I am a single mom and go to school and can't be without a car. They had it all day monday when it was only suppose to be a 2 hour job. The mechanic, Brian Schmidt, worked on my car and put the part on and it still was making a horrible noise. So he looked more into what was going on and found the issue. He got a different belt and by passed the problem and it worked out for me to get my car by 6 pm. My car now runs even better than it did when we bought it. I am very pleased with the service. In the future, if I need to get work done, I won't hesitate to go back. My experience was nice. The one thing I would suggest is that coupons are sent out to customers. When I leased the Jeep, I was bombarded by them - now that I bought the Jeep I have never received any coup that coupons are sent out to customers. I brought my 2000 Jeep Cherokee in for a 'coolent low' alert, and a grinding noise in the front gears when turning. The grinding was resolved, however the coolent low problem was not. After leaving my car there the entire day, The dealer said it may be due to Jiffy Lube doing service on my vehicle. He left me notes to tell them what was wrong. I went to Jiffy Lube, and they did nothing for me. So, after paying almost $300 for labor, I am a bit annoyed that I need to bring my Jeep in once more to have the coolent low issue looked at again. I don't have the time to have my vehicle tied up. My vehicle is still leaking fluid and the coolent low alert is still coming on. I expecteded to have this issue resolved the first time. More
