I have had Great Service from the Dick annah Service Dept. ever since we bought our 2004 PT Cruiser (13 miles on it at time of purchase)-(has 124,000 + now) from Dick Hannah. The Service Department has gone the extra mile or more to see that the needs of my issues aand concern are meet. If I am not able to get to my car when it is done then the Shuttle Service is provided for me. I have yet to have a #1-#3 in the Customer Service area. Cost of these have been hard #1-3 but that is expected. BUT however the REWARDS CARD is awsome!!!!!! ou should get signed up on it as soon as you get your car (new or used) :) We like Dick Hannah so much we bought a 2006 Jetta TDI VW (12 miles at time of purchase)-(110,000 + now) We have had great service from them as well. OVERALL: We know there will be down times and such but todate we have not had what we would call a bad situtation with them. Thank you for your continued service on our vehicles. D&W Timmons More
I came in for my scheduled appointment & was taken in right away. I was asked if they could keep the vehicle longer if need be, I had to say no due to having kids with me. I had my vehicle towed in 8/26(died while driving on hwy 14) at 2pm. Was called 8:30am next day with analysis (2 failed motor sensors); repair work completed, vehicle ready for pickup 4pm 8/27. The team was fast, efficient, and courteous. Since I did not comparison shop for pricing, I have no real idea how Chrysler repair rates differ from other shops. Fortunately, this is the first time my Chrysler T&C failed on road (aside from flat tires). I've been very satisfied with the purchase of vehicle, and service. More

Tim Rock, the sales manager, was quick in getting all the information necessary for me to make a decision, and obviously cared deeply that I was really satisfied with the purchasing process, the price, and the car. A deal was concluded quickly, and then Jon Lee and I went through a lengthy paperwork process, but his knowledge of the many details and his patience made the whole process a pleasure. The various options (paint protection, extended warranty, etc.) were not pushed unduly hard. The car came with a generous "Mopar Bucks" addition which was nice. There were some questions in both the service and finance departments about what Mopar mods/parts/accessories counted under the "Mopar Bucks" program. Both Dodge and Mopar websites mention that the program can also be used to cover the cost of scheduled maintenance, although the dealership indicated that this could only be obtained if one also bought the Chrysler extended-warranty program--a program that this dealership does not promote (they promote a third-party extended warranty provider). The delivery date of the car and the date that I could pick it up did not coincide, but the dealership was very flexible and gracious in accommodating my unusual circumstances. The car has only been driven a couple hundred miles so far, but it meets or exceeds nearly all of my expectations. The car was very-well prepared for pick up, and came with a full tank of fuel. More
From the time we purchased our 08 Jeep Sahara we have had great experiences with Dick Hannah. I never experienced any high pressure from their salesman. I took my 2002 PT Cruiser in to replace the remote keyless entry module. Stacy and her team at the Chrysler service desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The explanation of the type of service performed was clear and concise, the cost very reasonable, and the turn around time was normal. I left knowing that I would recommend their service department to my friends and I would be a repeat customer. And most of that was due to the superior service provided by Stacy. More
