I recently went to Dick Hannah Chrysler Jeep with my mother in search of my first car purchase. Upon arriving I met with Katie Dean, whom I had been in contact with, and she referred me to Bill Farra, mother in search of my first car purchase. Upon arriving I met with Katie Dean, whom I had been in contact with, and she referred me to Bill Farra, who would be assisting me with the rest of my car search. I spent the rest of my time there test driving and looking at cars with Bill. First off, Katie Dean and Bill Farra provided the best service I have ever encountered in buying anything. My mother has purchased many cars and she agrees with me. From my very first inquiry through email Katie has kept in extremely good contact. She was timely in her responses, as well as polite and helpful. And Bill, from the very start was very polite and cheerful, and never pushy. Additionally, Bill's product knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond in every aspect made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to make decisions confidently. I never felt pressure at any time to rush my decision. I would definitely recommend Dick Hannah Chrysler Jeep to any car-buyer, from the first-time buyers to the seasoned veteran. I went into dick Hannah as a first time buyer, not sure what car I wanted, and I came out of my first visit with them, knowing exactly what car I wanted, and that I wanted to purchase it from them. I purchased my first vehicle, an '01 Dakota from Dick Hanna in 2005, and I traded that one in on my 03 Durango. I enjoyed the way I was treated, my credit rating was a challange, but the dealership made Hanna in 2005, and I traded that one in on my 03 Durango. All around excellent customer service! I arrived in dire need of a new vehicle and Wade Norris helped me achieve my goal without hesitation. Wade walked the lot with me for several hours as I hunted for not only the car I needed but wanted to own. I ended up trading my 95 Ponatic Bonneville for a used 2010 Charger which we literally found in the detail shop, fresh out from a their inspection garage. I couldn’t be more happy with the vehicle I choose! The excellent customer service by Wade Norris and everyone at Dick Hannah at the Auto Mall in Vancouver has secured me as a return customer. They definitely know what they’re doing and are respectful of their customers’ needs. More

I have had Great Service from the Dick annah Service Dept. ever since we bought our 2004 PT Cruiser (13 miles on it at time of purchase)-(has 124,000 + now) from Dick Hannah. The Service Department has gone the extra mile or more to see that the needs of my issues aand concern are meet. If I am not able to get to my car when it is done then the Shuttle Service is provided for me. I have yet to have a #1-#3 in the Customer Service area. Cost of these have been hard #1-3 but that is expected. BUT however the REWARDS CARD is awsome!!!!!! ou should get signed up on it as soon as you get your car (new or used) :) We like Dick Hannah so much we bought a 2006 Jetta TDI VW (12 miles at time of purchase)-(110,000 + now) We have had great service from them as well. OVERALL: We know there will be down times and such but todate we have not had what we would call a bad situtation with them. Thank you for your continued service on our vehicles. D&W Timmons More
