Worst possible service work I have ever had. Warranty work done on my 2010 Ram truck was sub standard and posed a serious safety hazard 8 hours after I received the truck back. The work was done poorly a work done on my 2010 Ram truck was sub standard and posed a serious safety hazard 8 hours after I received the truck back. The work was done poorly and not inspected before being released to me. After the warranty work was completed the first time it failed dramatically. It took 8 days to repair the truck the first time and 9 more days to repair the truck a second time. This cost me a total of 17 days of down time. The poor quality work I received not only caused me personal inconvenience but inconvenienced my business as well. The service department staff was helpful and considerate of the situation but the dealership general manager was an a** and was only out to cut the looses as fast as possible and move me on my way. He is lucky that this incident didn't cost me or some one else their life and the huge lawsuit that would have followed. This is not the first time I have had poor service work through this dealership but it will be the last. As a result of this last incident I will not recommend Dick Hannah service to anyone. More

I recently went to Dick Hannah Chrysler Jeep with my mother in search of my first car purchase. Upon arriving I met with Katie Dean, whom I had been in contact with, and she referred me to Bill Farra, mother in search of my first car purchase. I spent the rest of my time there test driving and looking at cars with Bill. First off, Katie Dean and Bill Farra provided the best service I have ever encountered in buying anything. My mother has purchased many cars and she agrees with me. From my very first inquiry through email Katie has kept in extremely good contact. She was timely in her responses, as well as polite and helpful. And Bill, from the very start was very polite and cheerful, and never pushy. Additionally, Bill's product knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond in every aspect made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to make decisions confidently. I never felt pressure at any time to rush my decision. I would definitely recommend Dick Hannah Chrysler Jeep to any car-buyer, from the first-time buyers to the seasoned veteran. All around excellent customer service! I arrived in dire need of a new vehicle and Wade Norris helped me achieve my goal without hesitation.
