When I bought my Dodge Power Wagon last year, I was given more information then expected on the truck. I was impressed then and every time I go into this dealership. From the moment I walked into the Dealership I was treated with respect and high quality customer service. I hate to buy cars but Nate and Tim made the process seamless with no phoney-ness. I drove treated with respect and high quality customer service. I hate to buy cars but Nate and Tim made the process seamless with no phoney-ness. I drove off the lot with a brand new car with more bells and whistles than I could have imagined (they came with the car ... I was not talked into anything!) I have a great deal of respect for Tim and Nate and will recommend Dick Hannah Chrysler to everyone looking for a car. More
We had to drive an hour to get to the dealership and just as we were about to arrive we got a call from our salesman telling us that the Dodge Caravan we were interested in had sold the day before. We had ev as we were about to arrive we got a call from our salesman telling us that the Dodge Caravan we were interested in had sold the day before. We had even called ahead to tell them we were coming. I drug my wife and two month old out to look at this specific Caravan. I had been told by a sales manager that if we came out he would make it worth our while, and that they wouldn't waste our time. We went to the dealership anyway, and we were shown a Pontiac Van, and a Ford Focus. The Focus smelled terrible on the inside and the hood was bent. The Pontiac was not clean in the back, and according to the Auto Check Report, had been in an accident. The Auto Check Report also showed the miles on the van to be several thosand higher than what the odomotor was showing. We were told this must have been a mistake, and that sometimes the DMV, or the Auto Check people make mistakes. The mistake was going to Dick Hannah Dogde. More
They were very accommodating to us. We had a really good experience. Probably one of the best car deals we have gone through. Jim was really easy to work with. We traded in two vehicles. One of which wa experience. Probably one of the best car deals we have gone through. Jim was really easy to work with. We traded in two vehicles. One of which was my mothers who had passed away in October 2010. It was very hard to let it go because it was a part of my mom. She was 72 when she purchased her very first new car. I'm glad she got to experience it but sad that she didn't get to enjoy it for very long because she died shortly after. Jim, our salesman was very sympathetic to the situation and I appreciated it as was all of the people there who helped us that day. On another note...my mother also owned a 1988 Honda Accord since it was practically brand new. She had been taking it to Hannah Motors since it was located in downtown Vancouver. In July 1990 I happened to get in a big fender bender. My Mom took it to Hannah after the accident and had the rear quarter panel fixed. Over the years, the paint started to chip on it and in only that particular place. The rest of the car was fine with no chips. Before my Mom died, she gathered the paperwork together because she was going to take it in and show it to the collision center to see if they could fix the paint that was chipping off. Sadly, she died before she could do that. I was aware of this situation so they put me in touch with Rick who is the collision center manager and gathered all the paperwork I had and took that and the car in to show him. They looked at it and confirmed everything and I am happy to say that they did a beautiful job with matching and fixing the paint. I also want to note that when I picked it up last weekend, they told me I broke a dealership record for the longest duration for repair warranty work (21 years). It is wonderful that this dealership stands behind their work no matter how long the duration. Thank you so much! My Mom would be proud. So I am giving kudos to both the sales and collision center for two separate situations for a job well done. More
I worked with Jim Devella for almost two weeks while shopping for a truck. He was super patient and helped me find the "right" truck. At no point did he try to push me into anything that I didnt want. I shopping for a truck. He was super patient and helped me find the "right" truck. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I was working with this dealer to purchase a Jeep for a Victim Advocacy program and received great customer service from Katie. I was also ver life. I was working with this dealer to purchase a Jeep for a Victim Advocacy program and received great customer service from Katie. I was also very happy with the price of the vehicle. However, that quickly changed after I sent the check (fed ex, overnight delivery, as the Dealer requested). Suddenly, I was no longer working with Katie and Keith took over. The Dealer received the check on May 23rd and deposited the check on the 26th. After the check was cashed, we requested delivery of the vehicle (as was the deal that we negotiated and paid for). We were informed that there wasn't sufficient proof that the check had cleared (even though we provided them with a copy of the cleared check from the bank). On June 2nd, I requested that Keith contact our Accounting Department so that they would be able to provide him with the additional verification that he required and provided him with all of the necessary contact information. He did not follow through. I sent several emails to him requesting a status update and an estimated date of delivery. He did not respond. My Director contacted the Dealership on June 6th and spoke with Garrett. She was informed that the vehicle would be delivered on June 9th by 12:00 PM.....when the Jeep did not arrive, we contacted the Dealership yet again. We spoke with several individuals and received very poor customer service. Keith was supposed to look into the matter and call us back by 12 and when he didn't, my Director called again and was put in touch with Andrea (who was very supportive and friendly). My Director expressed her frustration and informed the Andrea that she wanted an explanation as to why the Tribe had received such poor customer service and that if the situation was not rectified, she would make sure that the other Tribes in the area were aware of the poor service. We were finally told that the Dealership had to wait 10 days after they deposited our check to ensure that it really had cleared (???) and that they could now deliver the vehicle and would be delivered the next day (on the 10th). However, a couple of hours later I received a phone call from Tim explaining that he was unhappy with my Director's statement and that he didn't feel that they had treated the Tribe differently than they treat any of their customers (which, if that is the case, I don't understand how they have any business...and since they have received so many positive reviews, I highly doubt that all customers are treated in this manner), they would not deliver the vehicle and would return the check. Because of their complete lack of communication and follow through, my program STILL does not have a vehicle to provide transportation to victims and I have to start the process all over again (getting quotes, getting Tribal Council approval, etc....which will take at least a month)....and I can't even begin this process until the funds allocated for the purchase of the vehicle have been returned. Definitely NOT impressed. More

First appointment was for an oil change. Quoted 55 dollars, at the cashier the receipt was for 77 dollars. Asked Ed why the discrepancy, he said must be the taxes, since I know the taxes in the area dollars, at the cashier the receipt was for 77 dollars. Asked Ed why the discrepancy, he said must be the taxes, since I know the taxes in the area is 8.4 percent and his answer was deficient he apologized profusely and I paid my bill. Last appointment, called the day before requesting a diagnosis of my trucks lack of power. Explicitly asked whether they actually had the time and if I dropped it off early if my punctuality would make a difference in getting a quick turn around because I needed my truck for work. Again Ed agreed, and after waiting all day for a report after I dropped off my truck at 7:30am, I called at 3:00 to see what was going on with no information available. At 4:00pm Ed called me back to see if I could leave my truck overnight because they needed more time. When I pressed him about details I learned they had not actually looked at my truck and it sat there all day while I was without a vehicle. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. More
