Purchased new 2500 diesel 8/13/11 by 9/1/11 has been in shop 3 times. Tired of calling tow service asked for replacement. Three times it has left me on side of the road. The quality of service on the floor was exceptional. Seth was able to find me the car I was looking for, despite the fact that another dealer at the same shop had told me they already sold it. There was a finance guy who managed to get me fantastic APR on my financing, (Sub 5%). Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but props to that guy! The guy who finalized everything was a different experience. They told me Sammy was new (he got there Monday, I walked in Wednesday or Thursday) to the dealership and so I forgive him, but Sammy was less than knowledgeable on his position. After signing everything Sammy told me I was good to go, and before I left the lot he ran out and got me to sign something he had forgotten. Then he called me for a return visit several times before I was done. More

Came in to test drive a 2011 Challenger. Seth was great about explaining the differences with the base, SE and RT Hemi models. Since I was trading in my car, it was my deal to complete. After our fairly quick dealing, paperwork was being done and old car cleaned out. Unfortunately, we forgot to take out the 6 CD's in the radio. No problem, Seth had them waiting for me the next day! I also appreciated my bonus "senior discount" at the end, a full tank of gas! This was my third purchase from this dealer and I'll be back! More
