Worked with Ron Lewis. Very friendly and helpful. Only issue was with paper work. It took over 2 hours from the time I said yes to leave with the paper work all done. When we first came in we were greeted, and introduced to Will as the person that we would be talking with. Will was informative, not pushy. He asked us what we wanted to know about the vehicle. When we said that we did not know anything about it, he broke it down bit by bit on it's features. He was patient with us, and answered all of our questions, we looked at three vans. They had a little bit different features. He had a good sense of humor. It made the process easier. Jon worked with us on a price, he also was very friendly and had a good sense of humor, took some of the potential anxiety out of this part of the process. Sammy was also very friendly and informative on a few added items that we had clarified for us. All 3 were great to work with. I would choose them again! More

The people we dealt with were very friendly. Overall, the process was pretty long. I had some time constraints and was assured everything would be taken care of in time. It was not but at least everyone appeared to be trying to move things along. There seemed to be a lot of back and forth discussions between sales and management but overall they were reasonable in terms of negotiating a fair price. I would recommend the dealer and especially Lucas. He was easy going and listened to what our needs were. He seemed genuinely interested in getting us into the right car, not just the most expensive.
