When we first came in we were greeted, and introduced to Will as the person that we would be talking with. Will was informative, not pushy. He asked us what we wanted to know about the vehicle. They had a little bit different features. He had a good sense of humor. It made the process easier. The people we dealt with were very friendly. Overall, the process was pretty long. I had some time constraints and was assured everything would be taken care of in time. There seemed to be a lot of back and forth discussions between sales and management but overall they were reasonable in terms of negotiating a fair price.
