I went to Dick Hannah just to "get an idea" of some of the different types of used cars that might fit into my plans. I planned on selling my current car on my own, then purchasing a newer used c some of the different types of used cars that might fit into my plans. I planned on selling my current car on my own, then purchasing a newer used car. When Jim greeted me I told him my intentions were not to purchase a car, but to just look. He didn't hesitate and took me around to a lot of different models, showing how they all compared in the features I was looking for. There was no pushing or selling on his part. When he showed me one I was very interested in, he offered to let me drive it, and we talked of the possibility of trading mine in. As it turned out, we were able to make a deal I'm very happy with. They worked with me on price for my car, and gave me an even better interest rate that I was able to get from my credit union. One of the best parts is that even tho I bought a used car, I still got Hannah's loyalty program and warranty. I bought 2 new cars from Hannah dealerships in the past, which is what took me back to them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them. More

John Lee has a high degree of business professionalism and customer service. Delivery was handled by Naser and Lucas who did an outstanding job. He was very friendly and listened to my questions and concerns. Not once did he try to pressure me into buying, he left it entirely up to me. I met the General Sales Manager, Youssef Idriss. Again there was no pressure to buy from him. I was a little short of finances for the truck I picked out. Youssef talked to me about the finance issue and explained it so that I could understand. Instead of trying to squeeze me for a little more money, he went to work and checked several other trucks until he found a truck that would fit my financial situation. Thank you Youseff, not often a General Sales Manager will help a customer the way you helped me. After I made my selection I met Nathan the Finance Manager. He to, was awesome. He explained everything and made sure I understood. So this is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Dick Hannah Dodge since 2009. I have been treated with respect each and every time. My sales associate was Bill Farra for each purchase. I would encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to Dick Hannah Dodge and ask for Bill Farra and enjoy the process of making a vehicle purchase. I tried to negotiate with this dealership for approximately a month. Initially they turned down my offer. A month later, the internet price was down to $1000 BELOW what I had originally offered approximately a month. Initially they turned down my offer. I tried to get them to reduce the price an additional $1000 (from the new internet price making it $2k below my original offer) which they declined to do. So, I had the salesman look at the vehicle condition before I went up personally and was assured "it is pristine...like new" and we submitted a credit application and received credit approval at the deal price they gave me of the advertised internet price. So, we were making plans to go and pick the unit up (not yet seeing it) only to be informed via a phone call that "the vehicle is no longer available." When I pushed to find out why, I was told that a manager had decided to take it as a demo unit. I pushed it to the salesmanager (John Lee) and he heard my story and then investigated. He called me back to tell me that it was not available and that a different manager had indeed taken it as a demo. I told him that since we had agreed to a deal and submitted for credit and were ready to do it they should retrieve it from the other manager. Instead, John Lee told me that they had bought some other add ons for it and when it comes back into inventory it will be at a higher price. Mind you, I made the deal on Saturday and John claimed that the other manager had just taken the vehicle on Friday. I mean, how much stuff could they have put on in less than a day! I still don't know the real deal but I was lied to, deceived, and by several people. Worst of all, the so called salesmanager din't see to it that they lived up to their deal. That tells me it's a poor corporate culture there and they totally are absent of integrity! More

We were extremely pleased with our overall experience at Hannah Dodge. We came in to look at new Durangos and actually drove the one straight off of the showroom floor. When we go to a dealership we usually are set on what we want and they helped us get the 200 and the color we wanted. We love the car! Ted was very professional and we felt no pressure on making a quick decision. We enjoyed his easy going manner. Moon got right to the point and made us a deal.
