I have purchased Mercedes for over 20 years, because I wanted to get a good used SUV, I had several choices and as a first time "non-mercedes" purchase I tried Dick Hannah because it was listed as a autho wanted to get a good used SUV, I had several choices and as a first time "non-mercedes" purchase I tried Dick Hannah because it was listed as a authorized dealer from my lending institution. When I me and my daughter first arrived there were so many lots and I was looking for a Dodge Durango and Journey I found on the website. So at first when we went to the Dodge, no one helped us, so we went to the Subaru lot and was greeted by this man with white hair and a red blush on his face. He was rude, short and what I thought started as somewhat okay turned to me feeling like, this place is awful!! This older guy at Subaru had a smart response to everything I said, for example: I stated I knew what I wanted and he just stopped me short saying, "I am trying to help you" when what I was saying is that I had a copy from the website of what I wanted and he was acting confused on the computer looking for the car and I had a copy in my hand. Then he said if we are looking for a Dodge to go back "over there" after the trucks because that is where the used cars start and someone should help us. My feelings. WOW, I do not like the guy or this place. I really wanted to look at the vehicle, so we thought we would give Dodge another try. Went back and finally a salesman, Tom Bushy came out, told him of he rude guy at Subaru which he agreed and called a jerk and I said "exactly"...I told him what I wanted, he said he would be right back to see if it was on the lot. Well 20 minutes later a nice gentleman, Ted Meyer asked if we were being helped and we responded we thought so, and told him a guy was helping us Tom Bushy. Now Tom Bushy basically never returned. Ted Meyer came back and said he would help because Tom Bushy was busy. I looked in the office and he was just hanging out inside. I was ready to leave! The only reason I stayed to go through the motions was because Ted Meyer was nice, listened and appeared to make sure I heard him out in a very nice way. He didn't make any excuses but was to the point to make sure I at least gave the vehicle a try then Dick Hannah a try to turn things around. I looked, then it was getting late (after almost 2 hours passed from when we first came to finally get a real professional to assist us). Because it was late, I asked Mr. Meyer if we could return to look at the other vehicle. We left. I went to Carr Chevrolet, Acura of Portland, and several others, even contemplated on just getting a mercedes SUV or Crossover just because I'm treated to well, but it was something about the kindness of Mr. Meyer and I hadn't looked at the other car. There was a very similar car at Carr Chevrolet but I felt obligated to keep my word with Mr. Meyer, so I turned down Carr and returned to Mr. Meyer who was busy and kept letting me know he will be right with me when he is done. I waited about 2 hours again, but didn't mind because when I walked in he acknowledged me, kept me posted, we went to get something to eat and there were several other salespeople who also were very nice and made sure I was okay, all but Tom Bushy who never said a word (guilty conscience I guess ?). When it was my turn, Mr. Meyer took his time, I bought the car and have told several friends about Mr. Meyer and go to him only for the best service. Ted Meyer is a true asset to your organization, straight forward, kind, listens, makes you feel important. High marks to Mr. Ted Meyer. If it was not for him I would not have purchased the car no matter how much I liked it. I spend my money where I am appreciated. Thank you. Rob Faria, Bill Farra and the gang took amazing care of me when I went into their dealership to look for my next vehicle. I was able to make a decision without feeling pressured, they even gave me cookies while I waited. Bill showed me everything about the jeep and helped me set up my bluetooth. I was in the market for a new car, I had my Cadillac Seville SLS since 1999 when I purchased it new and it now had 346,144 miles on her and it was time to start looking. I had been working with Capital One Auto Financing which led me to Dick Hannah. I first did some internet searching and comparisons and wanted to look at the Dodge Charger and the Chrysler 300 C. Keith greeted me as soon as I stepped out of my car with a handshake and a smile. He had the cars I wanted to drive all set for me and was engaging and pleasant even as I drove the Challenger manual six speed. It was very hard for me to let go of my Caddi; but Dick Hannah worked with Capital One and was able to get me into my new Chrysler 300C with the Hemi. I have the power I had with my Northstar and the Luxury of my Caddi. I am very happy with my vehicle and was pleased with each and every individual I met at the Dick Hannah Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep office. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable. I had almost 3 months of phone contact with Marty McDonald and Bill Farra before I went to the dealership in person to see a few cars and test drive a couple. I had begun the search with the intention of purchasing an older used car for our son. My search became more frustrating with time and I finally suggested to my husband that if we were going to jump into the $8,000-$9,000 range it would make more sense to go higher and purchase a car for me. Albeit it is a couple years ahead of schedule. However, we gave the 1998 minivan to our 19 year old and I have a 2007 Honda Accord. It was a long road, but Mr. McDonald and Mr. Farra were pleasant and patient with all the calls. When I started looking for myself, I dealt exclusively with Mr. Farra (per Mr McDonald's directive) who kept in regular contact, returned messages promptly and answered every phone call with contagious cheerfulness. In fact, I was vacillating between a Toyota Camry that was on the lot and the Honda which was 20 minutes away and only visible via pictures on line. I really didn't want to waste Mr. Farra's time going out that far just to test drive a vehicle I wasn't certain I would buy on the spot. He finally said "We just need to go for a drive." I loved my test drive, but didn't make my final decision until the next day(Sat.). My husband and I kept running into problems getting over to the lot, so Mr. Farra just took someone with him and brought the car over to his lot himself. That saved a good amount of time over our previous plan so we were able to sit down and get straight to work. There was no negotiating the price since it had already been marked down about $2600.00. My husband asked if we could at least get one spare key in the deal since the car only came with one. Mr. Farra attempted the request but was denied and we were told that cost wasn't in the budget. Considering the wholesale cost for a key and programming, we didn't see where the cost was anything excessive. Part of their response was pointing out that if they did that for every person who bought a used car... Then we were becoming a bit insulted at being presented with such a shallow cliche'. In any event, none of that was a reflection on Mr. Farra; he was professional and pleasant throughout the transaction. One aspect I didn't expect to enjoy was financing; we spoke with Nathan Bent. I wasn't interested in extras and all I wanted for an extended warranty was one year. Mr. Bent presented me with a three year warranty but it was more than I wanted to spend. We talked a bit and he made a much better three year offer and the option to cancel after one year. He had a congenial demeanor about him and it was a good offer, so I accepted. There were a couple more small items and that was it, no two hour pressured presentations to spend another $5,000. It was the first financing situation, for both of us, that felt like a pleasant experience. I have not regretted getting the Honda, I'm just very grateful that Mr. Farra pushed me to test drive it on that final Friday. The only problem; it wasn't really detailed. I never blamed the detailer himself, I understood he had more cars coming in per hour than anyone could fully detail. However, Mr. Farra took care of it quickly. He talked with someone who called me, set up an appointment and my car came out beautiful on the inside as well as clean and polished on the outside. People just can't believe it's a five year old car. Initially, I was set on a beige Camry. I had no inclination I was going to end up owning a red Honda Accord. I "really" like the 3.0L, 6C, & 24 VALVES! :-) I've processed and surpassed the typical buyers remorse period. Now, I'm a happy used car owner bonding with my new baby. I take impeccable care of my vehicles and they are serviced beyond the basics and on time. I trust the Dick Hannah Company in general, but if I have any issues in the future I'll contact Mr. McDonald or Mr. Farrah. They were both excellent contact people and Mr. Farra has long term endurance in multiple and continuous face-to-face dealings with customers. Other personnel I met were quite pleasant; particularly the women in the service dept. They were always alert, professional and friendly. I was also impressed with my other on-site experiences at the actual dealership. We have another (younger) teenage boy so I hope to be back again sometime looking for another used car. I thank those who were involved in making my experience an enjoyable adventure. More

Keith is very professional, personable, polite and courteous. Keith never pushed a hard sell on me. He was casual and honest throughout our dealings. I would recommend Keith Black to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. I want to thank very one at Dick Hanna that I dealt with for not using high pressure sales tactics. I would have walked away from the deal, if that would've happened. Yes, I will refer anyone I know looking for a car or truck to see what Dick Hanna has to offer. More

Dick Hannah Dodge had the best price on a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 Crew Cab Dually in the PDX metro area and I checked with EVERYONE that had the truck I was interested in (checked with every Dodge dealer in 3500 4x4 Crew Cab Dually in the PDX metro area and I checked with EVERYONE that had the truck I was interested in (checked with every Dodge dealer in a 100 mile radius). Price of truck was set over e-mail over couple of exchanges and was VERY aggressive. I scheduled a test drive appointment for 11:00 on Saturday and arrived on-time. I dealt with Steve Bushey and found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, easy going, and low pressure. Although I arrived pre-approved for a loan, Steve and the finance manager were able to find me a loan with even lower interest rate - nice! The total time I spent in the dealership from arrival to driving away in my new truck was longer than I had expected and budgeted for in my schedule but overall the experience was very good and I left home feeling happy. I did not feel like I was taken out to the cleaners :-) I recommend purchasing your new vehicle at Dick Hannah Dodge. Regards, More
