After driving my 2,004 Volkwagen TDI home to California, I scheduled a complete diagnostic at Central Valley Automotive's Volkswagen service department. DickhannahChrysler provided no maintenance records on the car, and I had no way of knowing if it needed service or not. I've been told if I didn't have something good to say about someone or something to say nothing at all. I'll leave it at that. More

Would not honor their word of what we agreed upon. Jim is the only car salesman that I have worked with that followed up after purchashing my new vehicle, unlike like your new vehicle, he's the best.
