My experience was very good. I test drove my truck with Steve. He knew the product inside and out. Then there was no haggling. I explained what i could pay and told him that if it will work, great and if Steve. He knew the product inside and out. Then there was no haggling. Salesman was friendly and informed and informative. I like him and will return to the dealer because of him and because of the service department. During the purchase, and With the back and forth - salesman to manager - routine, the value of my trade-in dropped from 5k to 2.5 and the asking price went from 22 to 22.5. And during all this I simply got tired. I was charged over 600 for window etching which was may already done before the used car I purchased was sold by the previous owner. More
We came to visit the dealership due to a mailer we received asking me to bring my 2008 Chrysler Aspen in for a trade-in. It explained there was a need for used cars. My wife opened the letter and noticed a promise for a $30 Walmart gift card was included. The marketing worked as she decided we should drop by and pick up the gift card, but we wouldn't have to "buy" anything. We actually had been discussing the idea of buying a new car, so when we arrived at Dick Hannah Chrysler here in Vancouver, Washington and met their excellent sales representative, Will Dose, we were somewaht primed, but not serious. However, Will Dose's collegial attitude and low-pressure sales techniques help us make a decision and the sales manager worked well to get us a satisfactory trade -in price. Jeremy in accounting was also very helpful and efficient in processing the proper paperwork and was a great saleman in his own right; he helped me understand the benefits of buying a LoJack device. In the end we purchased a new Dodge Durango Citadel and are extremely happy with the vehicle. I must say I am very happy with the treatment of by this dealership. They employees had always been gracious and provided great service when I had previously brought in my Aspen for service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and especially Will Dose. More

After driving my 2,004 Volkwagen TDI home to California, I scheduled a complete diagnostic at Central Valley Automotive's Volkswagen service department. DickhannahChrysler provided no maintenance records on the car, and I had no way of knowing if it needed service or not. I've been told if I didn't have something good to say about someone or something to say nothing at all. I'll leave it at that. More
