Finding a car can and has been a difficult and frustrating process. I went to Dick Hannah as I have never purchased from there before. It was overall the best and painless car buying experience I've had. Once I was in financing with Yousiff, he was very efficient and did a great job explaining the details and going over additional options that I never felt pressured into buying, which made me feel much more comfortable. My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our new van. We went to the dealership expecting to be pressured into buying a van and we were pleasantly surprised to have the opposite happen. He asked us exactly what we were looking for and showed us options for both new and used vans without try to sway us either way. Ron really listened to what our needs were and even swayed me away from an SUV I really liked because he knew it wasn't exactly what we were looking for. We left so happy and in a new (used) van that checked every box on the list of what we were looking for plus more. I would be remiss in not mentioning that the gentleman who did the financing paperwork was also great. I can't remember his name, but he was a genuinely nice person who made us feel like we weren't just numbers. Our overall experience was truly memorable, it was so easy and relaxed that my husband is thinking about going back and getting a new car for himself too! Great job guys! More

Just recently Purchased a chrysler 200 from Dick Hannah. It was an all aroung good experience. We had done our homework and new what we wanted and what was a fair price.
