Not a good last few days. Lets start at the beginning...Took our 07 Dodge Magnum into Dick Hannah Chrysler for service. Just the normal oil change and tire rotation. Was given my car back and w beginning...Took our 07 Dodge Magnum into Dick Hannah Chrysler for service. Just the normal oil change and tire rotation. Was given my car back and went home, ran a few errands and called it a day. The next morning I went out to start the car to go someplace and the lifters were rattling like crazy. Eventually they quieted down and off I went. I called my service writer(Sarah,EXCELLENT service writer)) and she said bring the car in that night, leave it and the tach will start it in the morning. Well surprise...it was still making noise. Was informed the tech had only put 3 qts of oil back in to the car. They topped off the oil, added some kind of additive and I thought the problem was fixed...guess what?...the next morning...same problem. Called the dealership, was told to bring the car in and a tech would tear down the engine and find out the problem, even tho 1 tech had already told me what the problem was and what caused it. Eventually in a few days, I took the car in and left it. The next day, same info all over again. Talked to the service manager...it was like talking to my teenager, no response. I took the car to another dealership for a second diagnosis, OMG....same opinion as the first tech. Took it to a shop that specializes in Mopars...same diagnosis again...what are the chances? Eventually I get to the position I am in now. A broken car that the more you drive it the worse it will get. A dealership that will not take responsibility for their mistake. We have bought 5 or 6 cars from these guys in the last few yrs. My family has bought 3 others, friends have bought 4 more, and this is how you treat good customers. I have called the Chrysler dealership rating number and also Chrysler itself.lets see what happens. Also going to call our attorney this afternoon....after my nap...:) More
My over all experience was great. The paperwork for the financial took a little longer than I would have liked. For us, selecting the vehicle is easy..Using the internet, Consumer Reports and visiting various dealerships to test drive and evaluate. The actual buying ritual has always been a hassle. The salesmen trying to corner us and simply cannot just let us look is a pain in the rear bumper...We heard about Dick Hannah dealerships philosophys and friendliness from people we trust so decided to give them a try. Wow! No salesmen rush to get to us first just one person who introduced himself to us (Will Dose) and without pressure he simply responded to our questions and gave us a "walk around" of the vehicle we were interested in. He simply and in a very professional manner reviewed the features and resulting benefits of each as we walked around and in the car...WOW again. Then the test drive...The car was all and more than we expected. From there we simply signed documents, reviewed the options available on extended warrenties, financing etc with Jeremy Bowden (again no pressure and very professional) and truly in a few hours everything was complete and we had purchased exactly what we wanted with a very acceptable price. We will need another vehicle late next year and we will return to see Will and look forward to shopping for a new car again...Wonderful experience. More

On Tuesday, October 9, 2012, my son and I came in to look at a 2002 Dodge ES Grand Caravan I found on the Internet in the Dick Hannah used car listings. I had called in advance and talked to a young man who at a 2002 Dodge ES Grand Caravan I found on the Internet in the Dick Hannah used car listings. I had called in advance and talked to a young man who identified himself as Will. After I explained what I was calling about and identified the above described vehicle, he checked on its availability. Will returned to the phone telling me it was still there and he could have it brought up and readied for us to view and test drive. We arrived only about an hour and a half later. We were directed to him when we entered the showroom. Immediately I felt he was young man I would feel comfortable working with purchasing the car of my choice. After the walk around of the Caravan and a fair test drive it was my decision to go ahead and try to purchase this vehicle. We waited several hours while the dealing with the banks for financing went on. Will came back to us often to let us know how it was going and tried to keep us hopeful that the deal would go through. I am a person of great faith and I felt with this young man assisting me we would be successful. At last Will brought the keys to the table and laid them by me. That was my first hint that we would soon be signing papers. When we were introduced to Rob things picked up and I signed at least 20 documents. Okey, to make a long story short, I was allowed to take my new vehicle and drive back home to Milwaukie, OR. Throughout the entire day and evening I must tell you we were given extreme courtesy and respect by all of the staff. It is my hope that we are able to continue this business relationship. Upon arrival to the dealership Keith Black was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the features this vehicle had to offer. We were blown away over the option/upgrades that were put into this model for the clearance price. Keith was patient and never pushy. We had a wonderful car buying experience that met all of our needs. The price was below what we had expected (after researching for days online) and the financing fell right into our requests. The full LIFETIME bumper-to-bumper was an added bonus. In all we fell that we got the vehicle we were looking for, at an unbeatable price, with wonderful customer service. He did a great job of showing the benefits vs. features and making a long process of approval seem less arduous (wish it didn't have to take 3-4 hours every time - always hoping car-buying could be done in an hour). This is our fifth vehicle with DH and there will likely be a sixth within the next 12-18 months (hubby has his eye on the 300 :) Will definitely give Ted's card... More
