We went in to Dick Hannah Dodge on Friday night after work and were greeted by our salesman, Tom Hurley. The first thing we noticed was another couple leaving the dealership, but before they left, the wi work and were greeted by our salesman, Tom Hurley. We went in looking specifically for a Dodge Challenger we had found on Dick Hannah's website. After looking at the cars on the lot, we decided to test drive a new 2013 Challenger R/T. Tom had a great 11-mile route planned out that gave us driving conditions ranging from city and highway, to a significant up-hill climb. The test drive sold us on the car, so when we got back to the dealership, we began the process of actually buying the car. The car was already heavily discounted by the dealership, and we didn't have a trade-in, so the negotiation process wasn't very lengthy. That said, when Tom went to the manager to submit our offer, we felt as though he had our best interest in mind. While waiting, Tom was very conversational, and friendly. Even though it was getting late, he waited a couple hours past closing in the showroom while we finished the paperwork with the finance manager. We left the car at the dealership that night, so the windows could be tinted, knowing we'd be back in a few days to pick it up. Tom came in late in the evening on his day off to make sure the car transferred to us without a hitch. I highly recommend seeking out Tom Hurley when you visit Dick Hannah in Vancouver, Washington. I know we'll be on the lookout for him the next time we're in the market for a new car! More

Salesman was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. The finance manager was brief and organized. And Jeremy in financing was fast and efficient. Returned the next day and Will gave me a tutorial on the vehicle and its many, many great features. They didn't have that model of truck there, but they worked hard at finding the model, trim level, and features that I requested and got it secured for me. There was little to no pressure that I felt while making the deal and discussing price. They got very close to the price that I wanted to pay and gave me exactly what I needed for my trade. Not a good last few days. Lets start at the beginning...Took our 07 Dodge Magnum into Dick Hannah Chrysler for service. Just the normal oil change and tire rotation. Was given my car back and w beginning...Took our 07 Dodge Magnum into Dick Hannah Chrysler for service. Just the normal oil change and tire rotation. Was given my car back and went home, ran a few errands and called it a day. The next morning I went out to start the car to go someplace and the lifters were rattling like crazy. Eventually they quieted down and off I went. I called my service writer(Sarah,EXCELLENT service writer)) and she said bring the car in that night, leave it and the tach will start it in the morning. Well surprise...it was still making noise. Was informed the tech had only put 3 qts of oil back in to the car. They topped off the oil, added some kind of additive and I thought the problem was fixed...guess what?...the next morning...same problem. Called the dealership, was told to bring the car in and a tech would tear down the engine and find out the problem, even tho 1 tech had already told me what the problem was and what caused it. Eventually in a few days, I took the car in and left it. The next day, same info all over again. Talked to the service manager...it was like talking to my teenager, no response. I took the car to another dealership for a second diagnosis, OMG....same opinion as the first tech. Took it to a shop that specializes in Mopars...same diagnosis again...what are the chances? Eventually I get to the position I am in now. A broken car that the more you drive it the worse it will get. A dealership that will not take responsibility for their mistake. We have bought 5 or 6 cars from these guys in the last few yrs. My family has bought 3 others, friends have bought 4 more, and this is how you treat good customers. I have called the Chrysler dealership rating number and also Chrysler itself.lets see what happens. Also going to call our attorney this afternoon....after my nap...:) More
