My experience with Dick Hannah Dodge was awesome. Not only did I find the ultimate car I wanted but, my saleman Keith Black was exceptional. The customer service I received from everyone there was 1st class. Keith also made sure I understood how all the electronics on the car worked before I left. Sometimes when we get expected service we don't notice. Everyone notices when they get bad service. In my case, without going into lengthy detail, DicK Hannah Dodge/Jeep passed this true test of customer service. Specifically Ron Lewis is a great sales representative who made this used car purchase as painless as possible and he didn't try to "sell" me a car but rather "represented" what my needs were and carried through with no pressure or hidden agenda. He even brought the final paperwork to my place of employment for me to sign. I have never had anyone do that for me. The price of the vehicle was only a tiny bit more than what I thought I should have paid but after considering the vehicle inspection and subsequent corrections made by the dealer, the price is better than purchasing from a private party because you have the peace of mind that you are getting what you paid for and there are no hidden issues to haunt you later. Thank you Dick Hannah but especially RON LEWIS. There, I mentioned him twice so I hope he or the dealership doesn't mind if I tell everyone to go there and ask for him to help you personally find what you are looking for. More

Our first efforts in Portland were frustrating so when our accountant recommended Dick Hannah we decided to give them a try. The staff did an amazing job of searching the northwest to find just the right truck and guaranteed an unbelievable price- all before we ever stepped foot on the dealer's lot. The experience definitely made the short drive from Portland to Vancouver worthwhile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dick Hannah to anyone. Thank you! More

But you actually contact Bill Farra at Dick Hannah Dodge "FIRST"- before you waste time shopping on other dealers websites, CL, and the run around and brain damage of chasing that perfect car; Bill has access to all inventory at all of the Dick Hannah Stores and if you can't find a nice vehicle within their thousands, then the car you want doesn't exist and you really just gotta go drive something to see how it feels. You'll be surprised what you end up with to meet your needs. I was sure surprised, I ended up in a brand new Dodge Avenger with 8 miles on it and I've never even heard of one before, every day I drive it I like it more and more and the security of Warranty is such a stress relief and to know that if I get my oil changed at Hannah (not til 8,000 miles-woot) and maintenance done there, they have roadside assistance and free tires for my car lowering my stress even more! How much time did I spend dinking around looking for tires on CL because I didn't have the cash, it's pretty awesome and I deserve it. The car payment is what it is and it blows the doors off coughing up a $1,000 repair bill out of the blue every other month for the piece of crap I traded in. The Management Team at Hannah handled my difficult financing situation selling 'the truth'/without lies and they use full-disclosure financing. In other words, they got my financing approved with a large negative balance for my trade in for down payment (I owed 11k-the trade was worth 5k), and edgy credit recovering from a bankruptcy and small medical collections. I am completely convinced any other Dealer would have got my interest rate approved for over 24% and my payment way too high or not approved at all. Dick Hannah’s Team obtained excellent financing at a payment I qualified for and as soon as the loan was complete my trade in was paid off right away, no hassle or wait. You gotta get in your car and go to Dick Hannah Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and ask for Bill Farra because the internet will not be able to test drive the car for you, you gotta put your butt in the seat and check it out in person. I sound like a sales pitch because I found my first car on the internet and lost $200, then $360, then $3,500 on the next repair and the straw that made me trade it in was a check advance loan for $700 for the next repair bill... all within a few months of purchase. I didn’t spend enough time on the test drive at a reputable dealer and I was tired from reading reviews and blogs and shopping on the internet which is comfortable at home, but very time consuming and an expensive mistake.
