Kevin Ames was amazing in a bad situation!!! I recently had multiple things stolen from me, including the spare key to my brand new 2014 Dodge Journey. Kevin Ames took personal interest in my plight, and understanding my frustration and desperation, he found a technician that could do the work immediately (without an appointment) and he did whatever he could to keep the cost minimal, since I was having to pay for someone else's stupidity. I was so appreciative that he gave me his sympathy and made me a priority, as I was already distraught about the theft. He is a true "service" manager! More

The two people that I have worked with at Dick Hannah were amazing. This was my first time buying a car by myself and Ali made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me to buy outside my budget as some were amazing. I decided on a 2013 Kia Soul through the Dick Hannah Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealership. My salesman Burton Walters was most helpful and drove me around to several of their lots to show me cars. The sales manager was very nice to work with and worked hard for me to meet my requirements. I have been happy with my service at this dealership and would definitely refer them to friends and family. More

My wife and I went to Dick Hannah on a recommendation from our Daughter-in-law. We went with the intention of only looking and getting ideas for a new or slightly used vehicle. We had an individual through a credit union who was also looking for us, but, had not found anything within our price range. Burton became the main sales person helping us. Burton was down to earth and made us feel really comfortable in our search. He suggested we test drive a couple of cars which really made us determine that the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport was the car for us. My wife and I had decided on the price we could afford and we were so pleased that Dick Hannah was able to get us a brand new car that met our budget. During the whole process we did not feel at all pressured as we had with other dealerships on previous cars we had purchased. Burton is the sales person who really helped us through the whole process and we loved that he shared pictures of his little boy and family with us. We were also pleased with Jason Moore who reviewed our current car & home owners policies and determined that with Allstate we could get better coverage at a lower rate than our previous insurance company. What a bonus to have this service available to customers. Overall service was excellent! More

Purchased 2012 Chrysler Town & Country, December was involved in a rear end with minor damage took vehicle in to Dick Hannah Collision Center for repair while there I had the service department install involved in a rear end with minor damage took vehicle in to Dick Hannah Collision Center for repair while there I had the service department install a bracket for the backup camera when the van was ready for pickup I noticed the front bumper was damaged and instead of installing the bracket service department installed another low jack system (now had two) so had made another appointment to have that system uninstalled and install the camera bracket while placing the van back into collision center to repair front bumper. Okay so four days later go in to pickup van only to find out the service department personnel used a screwdriver to remove the back panel scratching the interior paint when trying to install the camera bracket (they were not able to fit the bracket so they left it) back into the collision center again! The van was in the shop 5 times in a month and half. No apologies no compensation instead twenty dollars off to have a second key made for the van (initial asked for runners was quoted $750 more than what a consumer would pay for) Last time I took the van in asked for a ride home no problem I was told only to find out the next day when I dropped off the van no one scheduled me for a ride home. Will not have my vehicles in for service on the Chrysler side. More

Will Dose helped us get our dream car. I am having factory recall maintenance done on my Dodge Ram pickup. I asked for a loaner car after I was told the repair would take all day. Service rep told me that they didnt have any loaners.
