Honors the warranty A routine oil change revealed a leaking differential seal. Of course, I was disappointed that my Caravan with only 5000 miles had this defect. Howeve A routine oil change revealed a leaking differential seal. Of course, I was disappointed that my Caravan with only 5000 miles had this defect. However, the Service Dept said it was covered under warranty at no cost to me and scheduled the repair. Joe in the Service dept was very professional, courteous and great to work with as he attended to every detail. Since this was a rather time consuming repair, they provided a shuttle ride back home and then back to the dealership at the end of the day and Ted was a very friendly driver. I think it is great that the dealership honors their warranties in such a friendly, competent and convenient to the customer manner! More
