'14 Chrysler 300 - Waled Mohamed was awesome to work with! I didn't ask them to lower the price from sticker, I purchased a car that had less than 7K miles, less than 6 month old vehicle - and they refused to I didn't ask them to lower the price from sticker, I purchased a car that had less than 7K miles, less than 6 month old vehicle - and they refused to fill up my tank. What kind of a dealership won't sell a car with a full tank of gas? If I sold my personal car to a private party - it would come with a full tank. The internet sales dept wouldn't talk to me over the phone about my loan app , they really pushed to get me on the lot. Urging that I do business face to face. They had the car I wanted, so thats where I went, it wasn't because of the dealership. On a positive note - if they have the car you want, the prices were good. I didn't feel the need to negotiate. I tried to do an application at Chrysler's website, however the dealership told me that they couldn't access my application when I use that website, so they asked me to fill out another application on the Dick Hannah website. After I did that they still wouldn't talk to me about whether I was approved or not unless I came to the dealership. When I showed up they made me fill out another application - on paper (which they claim is required of everyone), then asked my husband to do a seperate online application. At this point we've completed four applications (I verified with my credit bureau that Dick Hannah pulled my credit multiple times during this process) until we finally were given the "approval". My credit score is 700- so I would hate to see how much crap someone has to deal with whom has less than average credit. I did really like my salesman, he didn't try to push cars on me I wasn't interested in and there was no pressure. He was very helpful and if Dick Hannah has a car in the future I'm interested in I will call Waled Mohamed for assistance! Good luck with the finance dept though- it wasn't a good experience. More

Fantastic experience We were looking to test drive some vans and met Rosa in the parking lot. She was very friendly and listened to what we were looking for. She found us the perfect van and even let us test drive it home to see if it fit in our garage. She made the experience very comfortable and fun, even for our two boys. We did not feel any high pressure tactics and were able to negotiate a deal that was mutually beneficial. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Rosa! More
