Update Still waiting!!!! Its been 4 weeks since I visited Dick Hannah Dodge service. Now after leaving 3 messages regarding the tires for life approval someone finally called Its been 4 weeks since I visited Dick Hannah Dodge service. Now after leaving 3 messages regarding the tires for life approval someone finally called me back. Come to find out that the request had never been submitted!! This person was calling to tell me that it was in her hands now and that she was going to get right on it. She needed the load index of the tires to complete the request. Something that they did not get when i was there on the 3rd and it takes over 3 weeks to figure it out!! xxx!! So much for Gary the service manager taking care of everything like he said he would on July 3rd!!! She wasn't even aware of what Gary told me regarding which tires he was attempting to get the approval for!! This is xx!!! Now it's 2 more days and still no call back after she said it would only take a day to get the approval. If I wasn't locked into the tires for life and a service contract I wouldn't ever go back!! More

Service did a good job this time around When we purchased our vehicle in 2013 the sales team performed well above expectations. Unfortunately our future experiences with the service departme When we purchased our vehicle in 2013 the sales team performed well above expectations. Unfortunately our future experiences with the service department were not up to snuff. I won't go into lengthy details but it suffices to say that 3 of the 4 visits for service left a bad taste in my mouth but The service manager made it right with me each time. This time around there were significant improvements! The service was performed in a timely manner and I actually received updates while waiting. While there we started the ball rolling for the Tires for Life Program. Unfortunately it has been 3 weeks and still no word from anyone regarding the approval even after I called the service department and they said that they would call me back today. The parts department is excellent and is very knowledgeable and helpful no matter what question I ask. All in all the sales department and parts department are excellent and I believe that the service department is moving in the right direction but unfortunately drops the rating I am giving to average. More
