Bill Farra was great to come to me the next day and go through my new car with me. His excitement for cars really comes out when he talks with you - and he is educated on the product he sells, which is a good thing. He doesn't seem to just tell you what you want to hear. I'd recommend this place to anyone. I purchased a Challenger at another local joint and can honestly say I will not return there. Bill and his team were efficient and respected that my husband and I were tired, knew what we wanted and did not want to play the "negotiating game." More

We made an appointment to see it Saturday, but were so excited we went there on Friday night, it wasn’t there yet as it was in Longview. We were really impressed that they were willing to move a used vehicle from there for a sale. The nice part about that episode is that we were introduced to Bill Farra. He was to be our sales person. He was super nice and told us that he was going to go and get the car in the morning. He had us fill out all of the paper work ahead of time. It was the car we were looking for. Now, I can tell you that we are not fans of the car buying process because of the long time it takes and the hassle of it all. We had none of that with Bill at the helm. The whole process of buying was smooth and pleasant. Our offer was accepted and we were out of there with the car in a short time. Overall, as a car buying experience on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Dick Hannah Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram 10’s across the board. As a sales associate I would give Bill Farra 11’s. Waist of time DO NOT go to Dick Hanna in Vancouver WA - This morning I dropped our truck off at Dick Hanna at a scheduled appointment at 9am by the time i was help DO NOT go to Dick Hanna in Vancouver WA - This morning I dropped our truck off at Dick Hanna at a scheduled appointment at 9am by the time i was helped given a rental car sent off on his way, it was 1015am. They were doing a simple recall fix 2 hours tops. At 345pm we had not heard anything so My husband decided to drive in to pick up his truck. When he got there he was told that they ran out of the parts needed to do the repair, to leave the truck and they would fix it Monday afternoon!!!! (Are you xxxxx kidding me) you had the truck all day did nothing, didn't call, and ran out of the part for a scheduled appointment booked in November. We were beyond pist-off and I would advise anyone using the service center at dick Hanna to go elsewhere. They have the worst customer service and try to pull the sheets over the eyes of anyone not smart enough to know about cars, they are terrible and over charge anyways. I will never return and will take all my business elsewhere, where we are treated with more respect. More
