This certainly was not the case with Doug. Far from it. Throughout our whole time at the dealership we were asked over and over if we were happy with our experience and I can honestly say it was the most pleasure experience we have ever had buying a car. Susan was knowledgeable friendly and quick found me a better rate WAY BETTER than my current policy and helped finish up the deal to get me out and on my way.
