Best experience I've had buying a vehicle! They really are nice at Dick Hannah! Our. Sales guy, Phil, knew the vehicle inside and out. Everyone we worked with to purchase out Jeep Cherokee Trai They really are nice at Dick Hannah! Our. Sales guy, Phil, knew the vehicle inside and out. Everyone we worked with to purchase out Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk was outstanding. It isn't common to find great customer service, but these guys have it down to an art and they are totally genuine. They knew the product, made the process easy and sincere, found exactly the vehicle I wanted and it was actually fun to buy my beautiful new vehicle. I highly recommend Dick Hannah to anyone who wants a great experience buying their next vehicle! More

Incompetence Knows No Bounds On Lease Returns! 1. Call them on a Tuesday and ask about returning lease vehicle, they said I could come in at ANY TIME to return it. 2. Go to dealer on a Thursday 1. Call them on a Tuesday and ask about returning lease vehicle, they said I could come in at ANY TIME to return it. 2. Go to dealer on a Thursday evening and they tell me I can only return it during Ally bank's business hours, they tell me 4:30PM the next day will work. 3. Arrive at dealer next day at 4:30 PM, they tell me if car hasn't had a pre-inspection they can't take the car, I get upset and leave after a few choice words. Once I'm gone I call Ally Financial and Ally tells me that ALLY DOESN'T EVEN DO PRE-INSPECTIONS ON LEASE RETURNS. I short, I wasted one evening and left work early the next day for no reason, all because they can't figure out or don't want to DO THEIR JOB and take my lease return back. If they don't want to do it, tell me that, don't waste my time! More

Dick says "NO"! Too I'm a young female looking for a used car my previous car the engine blow. Dick Hannah came highly recommended and I drive 3.5 hrs to get there . I ha I'm a young female looking for a used car my previous car the engine blow. Dick Hannah came highly recommended and I drive 3.5 hrs to get there . I have been in contact with the dealership through a young woman by the name of Erin about my situation and she knew that I was coming. When I got there the car that I have been looking for was sitting up front waiting for me and I knew great this is going to be an awesome experience, I get inside and Gus I meet at the door and tell him who I am that I'm here to test drive that car , that is sitting out front right there to test drive and wanted to purchase. After MUCH A DO and confusion from Gus we went for a test drive, I gave him my information, told him my situation and Gus ACTED like he's confused. Then Gus goes and gets his boss Aladdin I explained exactly him to my situation and before I know it , I'm thanked , my hand is shaken, and I'm escorted to the door😡. Now I know that my situation is not unique everybody has a little bit of tarnish credit, I was very up front before I even DROVE that 3.5 hours to get there about my situation😡. And if you have some tarnished credit why ask for $5000.00 if you know that's laughable?????!?!!!? And Alaadin in don't need you to explain my situation to me ALREADY KNOW IT you want to do a bait and switch do it to somebody who's closer to you!!!!!! It's been five days haven't heard back from the dealership. Thank you Dick I know I will not be coming back here to purchase a car. My advice to you if you see Gus and Aladdin run! More

Very helpful I went into the dealership thinking their was no way I would drive out.
