Theives I bought a 2006 truck in 2008 the engine started knocking they refused to fix it. Said they couldn't hear the knocking it was making. It's very funny as soon as the warranty ran out then they heard it was going to cost me Seven Grand to fix. Just a month ago I thought I would give them a second chance I went in exchange the car and they said they would pay off the remaining balance and I would carry it alone. After telling me I was approved with a 3.3 financing two weeks later they called me back said my credit was too bad to get the 3.3. It was too bad but only because on a $16,000 car they were trying to get me financed for $30,000. Mind you I was just approved for a $16,000 loan with 3.3 financing on a charger payoff and 19 Grand. My car that I exchanged they had already sent him to be auctioned off after screaming at them to get my car back and cussing at them to get my car back and they finally did. However because they didn't pay it off like they said they would I now have a late payment history. Mind you the car I was going to buy with them which is a 2012 Challenger which is now back on their site under used cars they originally were going to sell it to me for the 16000 and in order to get me financed they said they'd even be willing to reduce the $6,000 off the car being at the $10,000 loan that I needed however after they added all the Mumbo and jumbo I was back up to trying to finance $21,000 and they proceeded to tell me how stupid I was for not accepting the 10% interest rate on the new loan leaving me to pay $30,000 for a $10,000 car I will never ever shop with them again they are as crooked as they come and all they care about is their pocketbooks I will be protesting and standing out with all my paperwork to show how crooked they really are and I will be bringing paperwork from both vehicles so they can see and everybody can see six years of bull crap from them telling me nothing was wrong with my truck until the loan ran out or the warranty ran out on the truck and then they figured out what was wrong. More

She's also been great in her follow up after the purchase, and has already called to check in and offer assistance, should I ever have the need. All in all - between Rosa, the sales managers (Aladdin and Rami), and the guy in finance (Hamid), they made the car buying process as about as smooth and easy as you can get! More
