Oil Change Service and Price a Joke I took my car in to get an oil change at the service center and basically got robbed. When I drove in, I asked for an oil change. A worker came up and I took my car in to get an oil change at the service center and basically got robbed. When I drove in, I asked for an oil change. A worker came up and told me that it would be about a 45min to 1hr wait. I said that was fine and was then shown to the waiting room. After sitting there for just over 90 minutes, I went back out to the service area to ask how much longer it would be. At first, I was completely ignored. Eventually, someone came to help me and told me that my car had been ready to go for 20 minutes and that it would be almost $90. There are quite a few problems with this. First, at no point did anybody ask for my name. Second, nobody told me how much it was going to cost and verify that the amount was okay. If I known they would charge that much, I would have gone elsewhere. Third, when my car was ready, nobody came to tell me so. After being at the dealership for over an hour and a half, I had very little time to get to work. So, I didn't argue with them at the time over the amount. I mean keeping my job is far more important than arguing over $90 after all. Before this event, I had a pretty good perception of Dick Hannah Dodge. I had bought my car from them about 8 months prior. I'm pretty sure the man who sold me my car said that I could get a discount on servicing at the dealership, too. The only good thing is that when I reached out, a manager responded within the day apologizing and offering to make it up to me. However, after trying multiple times to contact that manager via the provided avenues, I have not been able to get in touch. I have never left an online review for a business before, but I don't want other people to get mistreated like I was. Especially if the people at Dick Hannah Dodge offer cheap condolences with no follow up. More

Brought my charger in for service, nothing good came of it! I have an 07 charger that has been nothing but problems since I purchased it. I bout it third party and it has some aftermarket rims, radio and a alar I have an 07 charger that has been nothing but problems since I purchased it. I bout it third party and it has some aftermarket rims, radio and a alarm system. Since I've owned it about a month and a half, the transmission has needed work done and nowthe engine needs work done! I'll never buy Dodge again! My gripe with this dealer: from the start it was down hill, I called the service department, spoke with Tiela and stated I needed work done to my car that it would not start. Tiela said she need to ask some questions so she could get me in the computer and finally stated bring it in and we can get it running for you, I say ok and call AAA they tow it in. I walk in to the service garage and talk to another service rep( Tiela was apparently on break) and he stated there's zero information about my car being brought in today and that since it's been towed in, it'll now be considered a "drop off" and it will be about 4 days before they start to look at it. I say ok let's do- I need my car fixed. I had the car towed in with a starting problem and everything else was working just fine, I got a text about 1 week later stating it was done and headed over only to find out Tiela had "accidentally" texted me and it wasn't actually done yet, ok no big deal. After another week goes by I get another text stating it's now done and I can come pick it up, I go pick it up after they've now had it 2 weeks and they tell me they can't fix it, that "there are so many aftermarket parts under the hood the service guy can't figure it out(I say fire that guy, hire an actual mechanic) I asked for a list of all the aftermarket items they aparently "found" and she stated they couldn't do that, that the techs didn know what they were looking at, I have to ask, how do you not know what your looking at or at least how to figure out what it your looking at as a service tech at a DEALERSHIP ...... she then went on to suggest that I take it to another shop that does aftermarket upgrades, Tiela said "don't take it to cartoys, or bestbuy, or any of those big name places, you need to bring it to an actual shop" uhhh xxx!?! What does that mean? Who would that even be? I say ok, thanks for nothing! I shelled out over $300 dollars to be told the xxxx dealer can't fix it! I pay the overpriced amount for storage( cause you didn't fix it) while paying a service tech brings the car around front and I hop in and go to hit the radio on and now it doesn't work, they broke my friggin radio. I went back to ask what happened to the radio and Tiela exclaimed in a nasty, nasty rude way "your car has an electrical issue an it draws too much from the battery" which I guess make the radio stop working?!? However all I know is the darn radio worked when I brought it in and now it doesn't. Thanks to this "awesome" service department I'm stuck making a car payment on a car that still has starting problems, with a radio that now doesn't work! Basically I have a $8,500 boat anchor..... sweet! I wont even use the car anymore because I can't trust it'll start and not leave my family and I stranded somewhere. Dick Hannah you need to get some reliable mechanics in your DEALERSHIP that actually know how to trace wires and use a volt meter! Also, tell the sales guys to at least wait a minute before they attack you trying to sell you a car, it was quite clear that I'm walking to the service garage, guys, and they're literally running up asking if I need help finding a car.. I can't and won't recommend this dealer or the Dodge name ever again. More
