I was stressed and overwhelmed, and then I met my salesman, Joe Lackey. As a single woman, I was all too prepared to be talked into a deal and talked over in conversation. I was not prepared to have my voice heard and treated with the respect that Joe displayed. In between kids and business calls, Joe maintained a sense of humor and patience that was both reassuring and calming. He was honest with every question I asked, and never once condescending or overpowering. I signed for my new Dodge Journey because of his professional and trustworthy courtesy. He went beyond the requirements of his job to extend respect and kindness, and I don’t believe Dick Hannah could have a better representative for their business.
