He was professional, extremely nice and helped me get the best deal I could. He also had superb product knowledge and was able to answer all my truck questions easily which made it much easier to decide. I was there for 6 hours before I drove my new truck home and he was helpful the whole time. He let me take the time I needed before I decided to purchase. I would recommend him any day off the wk if you are looking to purchase a Ram truck. More

Sales fine, service HORRIBLE Purchased a new loaded Pacifica in July and have had nothing but trouble. The service department is terrible. The car has been in several times just Purchased a new loaded Pacifica in July and have had nothing but trouble. The service department is terrible. The car has been in several times just in the first months of ownership. The latest issue is their refusal to fix my most recent problem, because they cannot reproduce it even when I showed them on the Chrysler forum that it is a known issue. Given the safety issue, I would have thought they would have taken some corrective action. This is my complaint with the NHTSA: "My new Pacifica seems to have problems with the forward collision avoidance system. Three times while driving at low speed with no car in front of me the car made a loud alarm and big red letters "BRAKE!" appeared on my dash. This occurred at low speed on suburban roads (20-40 mph). It was startling. I could not figure out why this was happening. Then I started getting a notice on my dash that would say "ACC/FCW sensor is dirty and needs to be wiped off and that the "ACC/FCW system was disabled". I thought at first that this was the problem however, this has continued intermittently even when the sensors are wiped off. Finally, while travelling at high speed on the interstate, we were nearly in a collision only avoided by swerving into the next lane. Although we almost hit the car in front of us, the Pacifica had no reaction: no alarm, no "BRAKE!" light, no braking, nothing. I took it into the dealer who said they could not reproduce the problem and therefore could not do anything for me. I showed them on their own forum that this was a known issue, but to no avail. I am very concerned about not having the safety features for which I paid. I am disgusted by the lack of concern from Dick Hannah Chrysler in Vancouver WA." More

I had never shopped at Dick Hannah before but after my buying experience it was hands down the very best car buying experience I have ever felt with. The sale guy Rob Acres was fantastic at everything he did for me, he made me fell welcomed and it felt like I was working with one of my buddy’s. The Truck center has the best selection of trucks and would recommend anyone to buy Dick Hannah and especially ask for Rob Acers at the truck center, you won’t be disappointed. Fantastic job Rob, keep it up!!! More

He was very friendly and respectful of us and our questions throughout the whole process. He made sure we were able to test drive the vehicle I wanted, honored the price I'd seen online and answered all our questions. He offered coffee, tea, water throughout the process and tried to make us comfortable, by explaining what was going on. After the sale he again went over the features of vehicle to be sure we understood their use and to answer any additional questions we might have. Great experience, made less stressful by the employees at Hannah Motors - Jeep. More

The worst service experience I have had to date This starts over a year ago. Airbag recall notice come in the mail for my Dodge Ram, so I call to schedule the work. I am told there are not any parts This starts over a year ago. Airbag recall notice come in the mail for my Dodge Ram, so I call to schedule the work. I am told there are not any parts in stock and that is would be 60-90 days. 15 minutes later the phone rings and they tell me to bring my truck in pronto for the the work. I specifically tell the service lady that I just hung up the phone and was told the parts were not in stock. She said don't worry all is well. I drop my truck off that night and make arrangements to get to and from work so we can fix the safety issue. At about 7:00 I get a call stating the parts are not in stock and I can come pick up my truck. Great the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Put me out on their mistake. They tell me sorry we will call you as soon as we see something. A year go buys for "safety recall" so I guess they aren't worried about us eh?? Fast forward to last Tuesday when I get another notice from Dodge on my recall. Dealer never called as promised. I call them and am told no problem we will schedule this right away for the next day so we did. Allison Charleboix calls me right back to tell me the parts are now not in stock. I am like shaking my head at this point. She says the parts will be in by Thursday, so I ask to schedule me for Friday morning so I can drop off my truck Thursday night. I ask her to call me on Thursday to make sure the parts arrive so I don't waste another trip like last time. At about 3:00 on Thursday I call and ask here if the parts are in, since she didn't call, and she confirms they are. I shake my head again and run my truck down against my better judgement. Allison was gone for the day when I drop my truck off. I was asked to fill out a night drop even through there were half a dozen people there to check in my truck. I ask them to do the 5yr warranty inspection while they have it to kill two birds with one stone. They say no problem. The next morning I get a text from Allison saying don't worry all is well and ask any questions you would like. I respond about 11:00 to see if they were able to do the warranty inspection. She replies yes but we have been trying to get a hold of you as a couple things failed. Mind you she did not call the house number, the cell number, or text me about any issue for contact. I called her to ask why she had a a hard time getting a hold of me and got nothing about that. She mentions the tranny and transfer case are leaking along with the rack and pinion. She quotes me $1200 to replace a working rack and pinion and I let her know that I will pass on that since it is not under warranty for now. My local ASE certified shop will replace the seals and re align for about $225. She asked if I would like the replace the fluids in the tranny while they are in there. I said how much and am quoted $75-85 for the oil and filter. Then she sends a text about the transfer case service for $89. I agree to both and confirm via text that I still have "Update: 89.00 for the transfer case. and abour 75-85 for the transmission fluid and filter" and I say OK. She tells me I will get my truck today via text and confirms via text. Then she calls me at 3:00pm to tell me my parts are on order and won't be there until Tuesday of this week. I am like what in the world are you guys doing. She says they didn't have the parts. I asked her why you would take my truck part without for a routine "service" without haven't the parts to put it back together. I get no answer. I ask about a loaner. We don't have any. She promises to keep me updated about getting my truck on Tuesday this week. She texts me at 3:56pm that it will be done and asks when to call. I say now and here is my number again. Nothing...Crickets....I call at 5:15 about my truck and ask for Allison. She is gone but my truck has been done a while from what Cynthia tells me. They close at 6:00 so I haul butt down there to get my truck no thanks to the warning. Jeff Roberts rounds up my paperwork. I am pissed at this point and let him know this is crap service. I ask him several questions about if this is typical of what to expect at this dealership and he states no. He says my bill is $309 and I about blow up. I tell him that is not what I was quoted and try to show him the text. He doesn't look at it and tells me can't help you. I ask for the manager and he tells my he is it. I lay down a coupon printed off of your website and sent directly to me and he says can't use it. We don't take those unless you use them upfront. I ask who his boss is and who her boss is. He does give me a card from someone he said is his boss Cyndee Lamar. I leave pissed off without a thank you, sorry, washed truck, at the last second, no discount, and paying twice the quoted price to get my truck. I felt like I got robbed. I don't pay I don't get my truck. What a pile of you know what. I emailed all of this to Cyndee who is the lane manager. By the way every single person in the check in and out area is a "manager" so asking for one doesn't mean anything anymore. I also copied Ken Dent who is the service director. I did not receive a single replay via email, phone, or anything. Pathetic from bottom to top as far as I am concerned. I will buy a different brand next time around because of crap service like this no doubt... More
