He listened carefully as we explained that we were just beginning and it may take weeks or even months to find what we needed and wanted. He spent quality time with us listening even when it was obvious we weren’t buying today. He was very well informed and knowledgeable. He seemed more interested in us and what would work for us than in the potential sale. In our conversations we had mentioned we could be interested in a late model trade in and did not have to own new. After two weeks of shopping, we decided that the Dodge Ram brand was our preferred truck. Then, we received a call from Nick asking if we had purchased a truck yet. He had a recent trade-in that matched most of the priorities we had listed with him. After driving several trucks, the next day we were ready to get to the real cost. At that time, Nick Barcia introduced us to the other Nick, his sales supervisor with the same first name. Once again it was a “how can we serve you” attitude. We already had our bottom line set and within a few minutes in the office everyone agreed. Great deal! I must mention that we paid extra at closing for a new vehicle manual because the original was missing. Later, the original manual was found. When we called and told Nick Barcia, he made a special effort to deliver a refund to our home. If Nick and Nick are truly representatives of the culture at Dick Hanna Dodge…I’m buying it. Good experience for a Dich Hannah dealership This was my third attempt at purchasing a vehicle in the past 10 years from a Dick Hannah dealership. The first two experiences were par for new car d This was my third attempt at purchasing a vehicle in the past 10 years from a Dick Hannah dealership. The first two experiences were par for new car dealerships, poor manners, unwilling to listen to the customer and in the end did not want to sell a car. My latest experience with the New Vancouver Truck Center was much different that my previous experiences. I was not pressured, I was allowed to look without being followed and I was able to ask questions and get answers. The staff was very friendly, I met with the Sales Manger, and overall it was a good experience and untimely I purchased a new truck. During my walk-around of the truck we found several paint chips, and one paint flaw from the factory. I was promised this would be completely taken care of by the service center and I would be contacted right away for the repairs. It had been three weeks and several conversations with my salesman before I was contacted by the service center. As of now I will be working with the service center to resolve the paint issues, but I feel as if my issues were not important enough for the service center to have contacted me sooner and resolved the issues within the first week. This is the primary reasons for the less the 5 star ratings. More

I think the whole experience took only about 3 hours. That is the fastest and best car buying experience that I have ever had. He also had superb product knowledge and was able to answer all my truck questions easily which made it much easier to decide.
