The person that help me with the all the paper work Tito Lopez helped me a lot and has done an exceptional job, but Teila R. Grinde with service department was very rude. When I drop the truck instead of offering me a rental car or any other that will fulfill the need of my brand new truck she did not care what car I was going to take home while my brand new truck is sitting at the dealer. Felt like we were kidnapped! Went in for a used dodge ram 2500, the dealer immediately showed us brand new. Hubby fell in love with brand new, but wanted a specific color. 3 hours Went in for a used dodge ram 2500, the dealer immediately showed us brand new. Hubby fell in love with brand new, but wanted a specific color. 3 hours later we decide to walk cause we weren't reaching a middle ground, we try to get our keys(from out trade in) from service, they bring out a third dealer, higher up, three more hours of negotiations, they're able to get us a color we want, and give us a decent deal on our trade in, but still not satisfied with the price, waiting for keys again (still don't have them) hubby asks if we can sleep on said deal and come back tomorrow refreshed, they say no, deal wont happen then, we go to get our keys, they bring out ANOTHER GUY, still no keys, more negotiations. After being there for 8 hours with our toddler, seeing four different people, we finally reach a middle ground, only truck that we want is 100 miles away, so we have to come back the next day...not to mention the first deal they ran by us they wanted our signatures before he even ran it past his manager, uh no. Also, they wanted to run our credit before we even reacheda agreement! Again, no! A few months ago I went to the Honda dealership by myself looking for a crv, I wanted to see if it was worth hubby's time before I dragged him down there after work. Same run around! I told the dealer I wasn't gonna sign a thing until my husband was there, and she still pressured me to sign a paper saying "if I get this deal, I'll purchase this vehicle" it's not legally binding she assured me, but still! Told her I wouldn't, then she gave me a credit app! Again, no! Didnt even like the crv, I told her that, she grabbed another dealer who gave me the same run around! I don't know what kinda plan of attack they have, but they definitely feel like they hold you hostage before you can come to an agreement. I gave them a fair review because they finally gave us a good deal. You may get a good deal, but 8 hours of a day wasted that you'll never get back? Is it worth it? Was not happy with dealership This was the first time I have ever bought a new car and it was not a good experience for me.i had to sit in the dealership for 7 hours for one. Told This was the first time I have ever bought a new car and it was not a good experience for me.i had to sit in the dealership for 7 hours for one. Told them what I wanted my payment to be and it ended up being a lot higher than I wanted. Made me very frustrated by the end cause so much bs. Went out of town the next day and noticed brown, rust, all around the brake lights and back end. Also noticed scratches where they had a sticker. So have to take it back down to dealership and hope they can fix it. Not a happy customer and probably will never buy a.car from you again. More
