Terrible service department I bought a OEM key fob for my dodge van and took it to the service center for programming. He confirmed if it was an OEM fob which it was so they prog I bought a OEM key fob for my dodge van and took it to the service center for programming. He confirmed if it was an OEM fob which it was so they programmed it but all but one button worked. I had to figure this out myself after I was told when I asked if it worked “well I think.” I went back to see if the service person at the desk could help me (Jeff Roberts) he told me that cause it was not a OEM fob bought from a dealership he can’t help me. I walked away irritated because it was an OEM part, and I truly feel it was not done correctly on purpose because I didn’t pay the outrageous price of buying it from the dealership itself. When I was leaving in an attempt to embarrass me from across the garage full of people he shouted “That’s the gamble to take from buying keys online.” We previously bought a van from Dick Hannah, our newest one we did not and one reason was the service department. I had always brushed off the 2 1/2 hour oil changes when I had a scheduled appointment or the faint cigarette smell in my car once they were finished but when you have such terrible customer service and confidence in yourself and work that the only way to make yourself feel better is to try to embarrass your paying customers maybe you are in the wrong profession. Do yourself a favor and do not take your car here. More
DO NOT GO HERE!! VERY DISHONEST!! I bought my Jeep in Nov 2015, and as I was signing papers with my salesman, a manager came by to discuss the warranty. He basically convinced me to ge I bought my Jeep in Nov 2015, and as I was signing papers with my salesman, a manager came by to discuss the warranty. He basically convinced me to get it, because he said it covered the door seals. He talked about how he got the warranty and used it to cover his seals. I even had a friend with me and confirmed that they remembered the same thing I did. As of a few wks ago, my Jeep had standing water in it and the warranty said they don't cover seals. When I contacted Dick Hannah, I basically got the run-around. I've tried contacting a manager, but no 1 will respond to my emails or call me. I would expect a company this size to stand by their word. Apparently not. My Jeep is only 3 yrs and 2 months old and has 3 bad seals. More
