Drove pretty far to get a car from them Rene was good but the rest of the staff does not help at all, they all care about is the sale and the did not print out any of the paperwork required, after car delive the rest of the staff does not help at all, they all care about is the sale and the did not print out any of the paperwork required, after car delivery noticed the AC system is not working properly and I went to other dealerships trying to see if they could fix it but Diamont Ford did not provide me with a paper copy of the warranty paperwork or the whole contract of the vehicle then I kept calling diamond ford and they never replied or took any action on the matter, I live quite far from there so I cannot take the car to them to fix it, when they answered the phone they were avoiding my calls for about a week until I got a hold of them but still no paperwork I have the car sitting at home until I get the warranty to kick in in one month as they said the AC does not work at all and is only blowing hot air. Very Very bad customer service I am never going to that place again when it comes to fixing the maintenance issue they just avoid you and the other dealerships near to where I live want to charge me out of pocket because they cannot see the warranty information. I bought a red Toyota highlander they had. More

My service advisor Barret Howell is fantastic. My problem is getting return phone calls from anybody at the dealership when I leave a message or an email as nobody ever returns. Those calls however, Barret had a mother pass away and that took time for him to call back, but he did. Others have never called back. We need a windshield wiper replaced and you don’t have them in stock for the rear windshield for my Wife’s bronco! Bummer! More
