Terrible dealership, a lot of hidden fees. They’ll lie about the interest rates. They’ll try to get you to sign something called first pencil. That way you can’t negotiate the price after. Kevin is rude and condescending and says that he’s not a charity and you should feel privileged to buy a car from him. That’s a quote directly from him. Their service department is terrible and I swear at you they overcharge you on parts if the bank gives you 6% interest rate they’ll give you a 9% just because they make $1000 in their pocket for every point they go over the bank. Overall terrible dealership wouldn’t send my enemy there. . More

Had the same experience as a previous review. Purchase paperwork was not what was agreed upon. Brought it to their attention and was told we would be refunded the amount owed. We have a written IOU and text messages from the Director of Financial Operations, Mike Monfreda, but never received the refund. Took it up with Jonathan Massad in management and was fluffed off. Now have to take them to Small Claims Court to recoup the $1K plus owed. Avoid this dealership! Sneaky tactics seems to be a pattern. More

I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac make sure that they stop by Diamond and ask for Dominic Cruz. Avoid at all costs. I should have read up on this dealership before even wasting my time. The vehicle was in fact NOT on the lot, but a sales consultant wanted to try and pressure me into looking at any other vehicle. Sadly, based on recent reviews, this seems to be the norm. The owner admitted he had no defense for the incident, and his aunt is driving the vehicle. The vehicle was finally updated to say "vehicle may be in transit ." The owner admitted he understands why it appeared to be bait and switch, but insisted he wanted to help. I explained to him, that given that amount of lies even during that conversation I was not comfortable working with them. GM customer care, Mary the CEO, news media, and the Attorney General have been alerted of this. More

What good is an appointment I think they give everyone a 7;30 am appointment and fudge their way thru the day. they had my car 9 hours to put in a battery and mount tires. they lie when you call them to fin 7;30 am appointment and fudge their way thru the day. they had my car 9 hours to put in a battery and mount tires. they lie when you call them to find out when the car is going to be ready. they did not check the charging system/alternator, xxxx they didn't even clean the gunk off the terminals. then they mount the tires , try to sell me new tpms sensors for $800 ,{ yes eight hundred dollars} for my cadillac that the cadillac dealer didn't even have in stock. why ? because the ones on the car looked old. they are about 7-8 years old, but working fine. when i told them to use the old ones they said ok. when i pick up the car i find that they put regular stems in the rims and tell me the sensors didn't fit. i drive away with alarms beeping that my tires are flat and a bad taste in my mouth. i have to go to a reputable shop now and have my car fixed correctly.
