My 2012 chevrolet did not have an oil change when purchased so when I called the service department and xpressed my concern to Chris WOODBURY HE TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR IN IMMEDIATELY and when I arr purchased so when I called the service department and xpressed my concern to Chris WOODBURY HE TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR IN IMMEDIATELY and when I arrived at the service department he greeted me and took my vehicle in for service dwhich was done with professionalism, curteous attitudeand gave me instructions for timely service to maintain the efficiency of the 2012 chevrolet impala ltz. I was under the impression that the car was sold to the dealership because previous owner said it was too big. However, I contacted her and she said it had to be towed three times in three weeks so she go dealership because previous owner said it was too big. However, I contacted her and she said it had to be towed three times in three weeks so she got rid of it. Dealership said specifically transmission was in great shape, I owned for one and a half months and it blew up. Dealership had me use dealer plates for a couple weeks because they couldn't retrieve title. Finally received title, Received copy from insurance agency and name was forged. They agreed to pay for transmission repair then decided to try and make me pay for half of the cost of the repair. Then without my concent they went to the bank using my personal information to apply for another loan for another car. Again without my knowledge or concent. This whole process has been very frustrating and during this time have been completely out of a car, lied too constantly, terrible communication and fraudulence. I currently am making payments for a car I don't even have and it is reflecting on my work because I have no means of transportation. I need this resolved ASAP for myself and for others to not receive this kind of service. More
I got the vehicle I wanted at the price and payment I needed. Not hassels, no hard sell. They were polite and professional. They gave me what I asked for on my trade-in. I was in the market to purchase a car for my daughter for commuting to college. I had reluctantly stopped one Saturday morning at Diamond Chevrolet while starting my search . I did not want to do buissines here since I previously purchased a SUV back in 1998 that was not a good experience at there previous location in Worcester. Anyway, I was immediatly greeted by Darren Chamberlin outside of his showroom. I did have a little attitude about this place based on my past experience. Darren picked up on this and immediatly and assuered me that they are a different dealership than that of the past. We talked about what I was in the market for, we looked a a few on the lot but nothing interested me so Darren took my phone number and information. Darren called me almost every week for nearly 6 weeks with car information and potencial cars thatI may be interested in. Keep in mind , I was only out to spend under $8K. One Saturday, my wife and I set out determined to find my daughter a car. We searched many dealerships and end up at Diamond to see Darren. He immediatly had a Pontiac G5 that just arrived . This was more money than I wanted to spend but this car fit the requirements of what we wanted. We did end up buying this car at a very fair price. What sold me to buy from Diamond was in fact Darren's persistance to help us find the right car. Very pleased . But only one disappointment. We were told that the owner or his wife would contact us after the sale for a satisfaction follow up. That did not happen. Service is also good, one minor follow up visit, no problem More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS "STEALERSHIP" !!!! I STAY AWAY FROM THIS "STEALERSHIP" !!!! I came there to purchase a brand new 2012 Cadillac SRX AWD in March….. A salesman named Michael Deppe let me STAY AWAY FROM THIS "STEALERSHIP" !!!! I came there to purchase a brand new 2012 Cadillac SRX AWD in March….. A salesman named Michael Deppe let me test drove in one…. We negotiated and agreed on the price upon an invoice of a 2012 SRX AWD. When I was asked to pick the one with the interior that I like, it turned out the one that I picked was a FWD. The salesman did not say anything nor even adjusted the price to the FWD which is $2500 less than the AWD. When I spoked to the salesman about this matter, he promised me this promised me that but none was delivered. The worse part is, he will pick up his cell phone in a heartbeat before the contract is signed, when the problem occurred, you can never reach him through his cell phone. When I asked to speak to the General Manager about the problem, he transferred me to the owner's wife named Lisa. After the salesman told her what I was complaining about, she said she was gonna go pull the deal from the computer and NEVER COME BACK. She had someone else deal with me. I asked them to give me some accessories instead to make up for the difference and all the owner can give me is a stupid pitiful "discounted price on parts and labor". He said that was not his fault when clearly his salesman give me the FWD with the AWD's price. They kept on trying to convince me to trade my car for the AWD so they can take advantage of me again. THEY ARE JUST THIEVES WHO ROB PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY LEGALLY! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF ALL THE TROUBLES AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! More
I was in the market for a family sedan and had gone to several dealers looking at different makes and models. I was on a budget and was trying to get the most "bang for my buck". I met Bob Dumais at Diamond Chevrolet and he was very patient and professional showing me several different cars, comparing new and used, and he was especially helpful when it came to financing options. I felt he was more than fair with my trade in and he easily worked out the numbers so I was able to get a brand new Malibu and it even came in a little under my budget! How often does that happen at a car dealership? I love my new car and would definetly recommend Diamond and Bob Duamis to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
