I was able to walk around and look at the car's I was interested in, once I found one I was greeted by Kevin and John, both were very friendly and helpful and walked me thru the car I had chosen. Kevin was the best! Just his smile alone was a selling point! Very professional and wanted to be sure that I was comfortable driving the car, all the equipment that is now standard on the new cars. Which can be very intimidating (looks like a helicopter dash board). Kevin worked with me on a price that was agreeable for both of us and the sale was made in a day!!!!!!! That to me was a plus, when you work, you really don't have the time to go back and forth to the dealership. I picked up my car, registration and sticker all ready for me to drive off the lot. I would recommend Diamond Buick and Kevin Reilly to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. My purchase was a 2013 Lacrosse and I love it! Thank you Kevin for a great experience and a beautiful car. This was the best service and experience I have ever had with a dealership! Will only buy my cars at Diamond and will recommend any one looking for a car to go see Kevin or John, you will not only end up with the car/truck you wanted, but you will be happy with the treatment you receive as a customer. My husband will be looking for a truck shortly and I know he will be calling Kevin when the time comes. More
I am writing to inform you of the exceptional service that I received at Diamond Chevolet in Auburn. I leased the 2013 Cadillac ATS in February and was so pleased with the friendly atmosphere and servic that I received at Diamond Chevolet in Auburn. I leased the 2013 Cadillac ATS in February and was so pleased with the friendly atmosphere and service that we were shown. When I brought my car for its first oil change I was unsure that I would be able to make it back to the dealership before it closed for the night. Joshua, a service consultant was so pleasant and told me that he would stay until I made it back to the dealership if it was only going to be a short while after closing. He offered several times and was genuine and very accomodating. I would like to thank the workers at Diamond Chevolet for making our visits extremely pleasant. More

I brought in an 04 Saturn for minor nagging fixes (sway I brought in an 04 Saturn for minor nagging fixes (sway bar links and new gas cap), which were fixed; however upon driving out of the garage there I brought in an 04 Saturn for minor nagging fixes (sway bar links and new gas cap), which were fixed; however upon driving out of the garage there was a new very loud road noise which I immediately complained about. They told me to keep an eye on it and bring it back if it keeps up. After a week of it getting worse I brought it back in (with an appointment) and waited an hour and a half for them to say my car now needs another $500 repair (wheel bearing). They offered to "bring it down" to $480. Also, while waiting to speak to the manager, (Brian Bertrand) I was able to write this entire review. This is the dealer that has the misleading "We'll diagnose your check engine light for free!!!" radio commercials. What they mean is "A service writer (not mechanic) will hook an OBDII scanner and read you the code." They then charge you the normal $119 for the actual diagnosis prior to being able to fix the issue. TL;DR brought car in for minor repairs, left with major problems they refuse to fix. They will make me a better offer tomorrow and I'll update. ETA: Service manager offered to do the repairs for 1/3 the original quoted price. Repairs were performed in a slightly longer amount of time than I would have liked (about 2 1/2 hours). More
I purchased my Chevy Cobalt from Diamond three years ago. Back in February I went to Diamond's service center because my air bag light was on. I was assured that it was under warranty and the problem was taken care of. Upon leaving the dealership, my air bag light was still on and I figured after a few miles it would turn off, but it didn't. The second time I returned to the service center to have the airbag light turned off, one of the service advisors Chris told me that I would be better served by bringing it to the Chevy dealership my dad works at. Whoa! First of all, they should have just fixed the problem seeing it was never fixed in the first place. Second of all, what dealership employee refers a customer to another dealership??? I returned to Diamond's service for the third time today about this air bag light. The service manager Brian told me that the light doesn't just turn on unless there's a problem, and the only way to turn it off is to fix the problem. Well, that right there tells me that if the light was still on after it was "fixed" the first time, then it was never really fixed. Now, they want to charge me over $100 to fix the problem because I am out of warranty, but if it was fixed on my first visit I wouldn't have this problem! An airbag is a safety issue and NEEDS to be fixed, so why should I be penalized for their mistake? All together, my family has bought six cars from this dealership, each one returning to Diamond for service. I find it absolutely ridiculous that they cant extend the same courtesy and fix my air bag. Honestly, it doesn't matter how "state of the art" your service center is when the two service advisors assisting me were completely unprofessional in their approach. Because I haven't received any help from the dealership, I have since been in contact with GM to help resolve this problem. I have been a loyal customer to Diamond since I purchased my car, and after today I promise you I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
After numerous promises to get the car I wanted, after almost a week I still did not have a car. I found one at another dealer and called to let the Diamond group I was walking away from the deal.
