I brought in my 2018 Kia soul EV for a battery recall and I've been completely ignored for an entire month! I've been nothing but gracious and patient to no avail. No one answers the phone no one answers my I've been completely ignored for an entire month! I've been nothing but gracious and patient to no avail. No one answers the phone no one answers my messages no one has contacted me about when the work will be completed. They certainly appear to be the most unconscionable and incompetent customer service and repair " professionals" I've ever had the displeasure to work with. More
