My wife leased a car from Destination after working with Mel 2 years ago. When it came time for me to get a new vehicle, a Kia Niro EV was one of the top choices I was interested in, and I sought Mel out a Mel 2 years ago. When it came time for me to get a new vehicle, a Kia Niro EV was one of the top choices I was interested in, and I sought Mel out at Destination because the first transaction with him was stress-free, he was really easy to work with. Mel's easygoing demeanor and honest and direct negotiating style made the car-buying process, which can be stressful, a painless process. Also there was a problem during the process (caused by Kia, not Destination or Mel) that was handled by Mel and Destination in a swift and successful manner. I am happy to give 5 stars to Mel and plan on being a repeat customer at Destination. More
