I would usually give this a 5 star rating but the service dept has changed. Different people who make more excuses than try to help. I dropped my car off at 8:30am. Had to keep calling them for an update dept has changed. Different people who make more excuses than try to help. I dropped my car off at 8:30am. Had to keep calling them for an update on my car. Told the service advisor that I had an extended warranty. Said it was electrical and may not be covered. I didn't say anything. Waited to see what the outcome would be. Called them back in the afternoon. Was told car would be ready by 5pm. When I got there another service advisor told me that the part was broken and the car wasn't repaired. As you can imagine I was not pleased. Then my service advisor showed up and said it was done. It was a misunderstanding. Thankfully it was done as I live about 45 minutes from the dealer. Then he said he got it covered for me and made it sound like he performed some kind of miracle. I have the extended 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. It should be covered. Then he said the recall had the service dept going crazy and that was what all the confusion was. I don't feel that was a very good excuse. I just hope that when I have to go back to have my car serviced that the service dept is back to the professionalism that it use to have. More
