I went to the dealership in search of a car for my 16 year old. Well your staff went above and beyond to make this purchase fun,easy, and quick. I was directed to a car that was perfect for her. The best part about this purchase was I was intending on surprising my 16-year-old with a brand new car. Dillion did such an amazing job helping me achieve this. Our plan was I was going to bring her in he was going to talk to her about a car and what she was interested in. How he talked to her and surprised her was something I could not imagine. He had the gentleman in the back detail the car and they placed a big red bow on it. He brought her to the shop (which she thought she was seeing a red car with some rust on it) but Instead her new car sat there shiny and new. So as far as your staff including Shawn, Dillion, and the team of young men working in the back, my experience was excellent. They made her dream come true and went the extra mile to make it special for her. More

Very expensive compared to local shops. Communication is good, but I was able to get a service done for half the cost elsewhere. An alignment was recommended for brakes and rotors whereas that isn’t a neces good, but I was able to get a service done for half the cost elsewhere. Last year they said my sway bar link was needing replacement, never had the work done and have been back twice and no mention of sway bar links... upselling is part of an inspection because they lose money on a clean inspection, or in my case where I only needed a lightbulb.
