If you looking for a deal, look else where I came in looking for a deal. It was very straight and simple. Christian gave me his offer, and I counter. This is typically how car deals work. Well, I came in looking for a deal. It was very straight and simple. Christian gave me his offer, and I counter. This is typically how car deals work. Well, not really at Porsche of Palm Springs. They got on their high horses and instead of rejecting our deal out right or offer a counter deal, the manager Christian Ames came out and sat down to ask me what am I thinking with my counter. After 10 minutes of doing riddle with Christian Ames I got up and left. This is a zero sum game - you do not have to sell me a 4 months old car, and I do not have to depart with my cold hard cash. Eventually I found a better deal at another dealership same day so I ended up happy. With that being said, I recommend that people just gave a counter offer to Christian and walk away under 3 minutes. He has no interest in seeing your offer. His offer is the only thing that matter no matter what. This is why they do not sell that much cars compare to other dealership. If you check their inventory rates you will see this sad fact. What he will do instead is just sat you down and stare you in the face and play riddle with you. Your time is better spent if you just stand up and walk out after 3 minutes. He can play his own riddle with his own self. More
