Customer Service Means Nothing Anymore. I've had the pleasure of owning 5 Rolls-Royce vehicles in my life time. About a year ago, I went into Indigo Rolls-Royce to purchase/lease my next veh I've had the pleasure of owning 5 Rolls-Royce vehicles in my life time. About a year ago, I went into Indigo Rolls-Royce to purchase/lease my next vehicle. I heard good things about them and after having a negative experience at a local dealer, I decided to give them a try. I started working with Jason and Kyle. In the beginning, things were great. I communicated my need to replace a wrecked Bentayga and was up in the air about deciding on a Wraith or Ghost. I'm assuming I took too long as the communication with them stopped. My emails went unanswered and my calls weren't returned. Due to unforeseen events, I decided to put the car search on hold. I popped in today after seeing a car in their inventory that I had searched for over the past couple of months. I was greeted my Jaime, who i'd met before. Instantly I could feel I was wasting her time. Another couple popped in at the same time and the greeting was much more welcoming and warm. They chatted it up for about 20 minutes. I casually left. I encountered Kyle and Jason outside who put the cherry on top in making me feel unwanted. No eye contact, One word responses. You could tell they were forcing themselves to interact with me. No problem however. I'll take my business elsewhere. It's a shame that a car so beautiful and a company who prides themselves on the customer experience is so dismissive. More

To begin with, Kevin was able to get me in for service the next day after my call. In addition, Kevin was able to diagnose my problem right at check-in and had my car fixed within minutes! Not fully satisfied Called left messages for both days the car was there to get a status. Left 3 messages per day before Kevin got back to us. Used to be impressed, but things have changed Oddly, my service person is not even listed below. Explain to me how Desert European can go from one Porsche Service Manager that did a great job, to Oddly, my service person is not even listed below. Explain to me how Desert European can go from one Porsche Service Manager that did a great job, to two, and now they are overwhelmed and unable to do simple things like call you to tell you the status of your car? I had to call Kevin H. literally every day they were open over the course of the fives days that they had my car just to find out status of my car. When I tried to explain this to him, his response was "well we shouldn't have scheduled this on a Friday." I used their online schedule system! Is it my job as the customer to know their business? He totally failed to realized that the issue was not the fact that they had my car for an extended period or the time it took to make the repairs, but that he failed EVERY DAY to tell me status or if the car was ready. So I had to hunt him down every day to find out, basically like dealing with a Chrysler dealership. This is what $150K gets you now? Not acceptable in my opinion, basic skills are just that, basic, and communication is a basic skill. Just learn to call me and tell me so I can plan my day accordingly. When, and for the matter why, did Desert European start treating customers like an annoyance to their business rather than the lifeline to their existence? More
