We were traveling through from Washi I would like to commend Jason Lesmeister for his invaluable help when a deer hit our Prius outside of Rapid City. We were traveling through from Washington State to Atlanta Georgia when the accident occurred, totaling our Prius. We were stranded there, not knowing anyone or anything about the city. Jason got us in touch with the collision manager, helped us unload our belongings, and drove us to a motel. He even spoke with the manager there and they allowed us to check in early. He kept in touch with us while we worked with the insurance company and continually offered his support. He was the best thing that happened to us on the worst day of our lives! Cathy West More

Perma guard Program Love my Tundra but can't say much for the Perma Guard Package I bought ! Called my Sales men Greg and Preston ! Seems they are better at giving you the run around instead of results ! Reported a cracked and chipped windshield a week ago and no results ! When sold the package was told how great it was and its been a week with no results ! Looks like I got scammed out of 2 grand ! But I guess a program is only as good as the people behind it ! My suggestion would be beware of who you deal with there ! These two guys have a great line of bull ! And a lack of following thru ! More

I received a ca I'd previously left a negative review towards Denny Menholt Rapid Toyota. Over warranty issues with replacing the motor on my vehicle. I received a call today from their service manager. He inform me that they will be replacing the motor in the vehicle, and have the options to trade when the new motor is in. I have to say I had a bitter taste in my mouth, but Denny Menholt Rapid Toyota has done more then stepped up to the plate and took care of my issues they. They have proved that good business means more to them then just a buck. I believe they have set the bar for higher standards with a car dealership thank you guys for your impeccable service. More

It was nice to see that Cory really enjoys what he does and always has positive things to say about Toyota and the dealership he works for. The service after the sale, too, has been exemplary. I’ve had a couple of questions that I’ve called him for and he has been so nice in answering them for me. I would recommend Toyota and especially Cory Fisher to anyone looking to buy a car. More
Terrible service department/advisors - never returning My wife has purchased 4 Toyota's from this dealership over the last 20+ years and has had a great experience with our salesman, Joel Weaver. The poor My wife has purchased 4 Toyota's from this dealership over the last 20+ years and has had a great experience with our salesman, Joel Weaver. The poor rating comes from the service department. We have a 2001 Toyota 4Runner which has been serviced at Toyota since it was bought years ago. Recently we noticed a "clunk" in the front end that we brought in to have an estimate done to find out what the problem was and how much it was going to cost to fix. We were given an estimate of $1,700 to fix a number of things in the front end to remedy the clunking. Given this was now going to be one of our primary vehicles we decided to have it fixed to make sure it's safe for driving and to avoid additional issues down the road. The vehicle was brought to the shop to be fixed and they were paid $1,500 (actually paid less than the estimate) only to get the car home and realize the "clunk" was still there. We brought the vehicle back again only to get a call from Nick Carter, their assistant service manager, stating the struts and some other components need to be replaced in the front which might fix the "clunking" but it could be any number of things causing the "clunk". This was going to be about another $1,000. When telling him the $1,500 we already paid was to fix the "clunking" so why are you trying to get another $1,000 out of us to fix the same issues he said the $1,500 was to fix the alignment...We had no idea where this came from because we had never discussed bringing it in to have the alignment done. We have all of the service records and estimates for this and nothing mentions an alignment and we told them to fix what they told us would resolve the "clunking". When pressing Nick Carter to get answers and telling him I wasn't going to continue paying them thousands of dollars to trouble shoot my vehicle he told us he would no longer work on our vehicle and hung up on us. My wife has had multiple issues with their service department over the years so much so we now take our vehicles to other service locations to avoid this place. They need to send their service advisors to "Customer Service 101". We are currently drafting a lengthy letter with all of our documentation on this experience. Not going to let this one slide. More
