Financing was very stress free and relaxed environment I didn't feel pressured to go outside of my budget which was great. Everyone is very patient while I looked at cars and friendly will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. This is my first truck and I can't wait for people to see me in the Banana Rama mobile! More

Great Experience We arrived at Denny Menholt Rushmore Honda and parked our vehicle. Within 2 minutes Jake Meredith joined us in the lot. We had done a lot of researc We arrived at Denny Menholt Rushmore Honda and parked our vehicle. Within 2 minutes Jake Meredith joined us in the lot. We had done a lot of research and online comparisons and had decided on the 2018 CR-V EX. Jake explained a lot about the vehicle and engine and then took us for a test drive. Jake explained more about the vehicle. I then test drove the vehicle and experienced some of the options Jake had explained. The CR-V EX is extremely comfortable and very easy to drive. Upon returning to the lot I wanted to see the vehicle in another color. Jake was extremely helpful in showing us the CR-V EX we wanted to see. Jake was great to work with no pressure. We met with Paul Rosato and signed all of the paperwork. Paul was extremely helpful and got us back to Jake in no time. After the purchase was complete Jake sat with us for about an hour going through the setup of the options. Thank you Jake for all your help and patience as I have a flip phone and all of the new technology can be overwhelming. Would definitely recommend Denny Menholt Rushmore Honda! More

Extraordinary response We were passing through Rapid City on our way home to Iowa when a message appeared in our 2013 Honda that the key device's battery was low. We found Rushmore Honda to look for a replacement, where we were greeted by an employee just after we had parked and were shown to the Service Dept. There two employees cheerfully and quickly replaced the battery and then stunned me by saying there would be no charge. I wish I knew the names of both employees, who each deserve commendation, but I only caught the name of the female, Sheila. Bravo to them and to Rushmore Honda. More
Two for Two! I bought my son a 2011 Jeep and Jake Meredith was our salesman. We drove the car off the lot and noticed a problem with the window and the radio. I called him right away and he said bring it back. The window was fixed immediately but the radio was tricky. It was fine in the shop but acted up when we got home. I contacted him and he said they would make it right. I got a new radio. A+......a few months later the lease was up on my current vehicle and I hated the place I was leasing from. I contacted Jake and within a day we narrowed down what I liked and what I could afford. The next day I drove the cars and picked the one I liked. I'm not into negotiating back and forth and he knew that. He went to work for me and got me the price I wanted. He really cares about his customers. If you have the chance, ask for Jake Meredith! More
