Our apologies for your frustrating experience when it came to replacing your battery. Unfortunately, the process to submit a request for reimbursement from American Honda can be lengthy, as they have strict standards about those reimbursements. American Honda requires the faulty battery to be provided or proof of a faulty battery test. Since neither of those were provided, they could not offer a reimbursement. As you stated, we did provide a free oil change, but we understand this was not an ideal experience. We appreciate your frustration and also want to thank you sincerely for your past business. And we hope you'll give us a chance to earn back your business at a future date. Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. Please take care.

I have the battery and offered to provide it for testing and the service associate didn’t want it. You need to train your people on the procedure. I would expect service credit for at least the price of the battery since it only lasted a year.
