Easy and Fair While shopping around for a used vehicle, I came across a certified 2014 Honda CR-V at Rushmore Honda which seemed to be a reasonable deal. I took about three days to make up my mind, and I worked primarily with Nick Thurman during this time. Alex Barth assisted me on one of the days while Nick had the day off. I was very pleased with the buying process overall. I explained to Nick that I needed time to think about the purchase, and Nick did not rush me to buy the car at any point. Nick also worked with me on the price of the vehicle so that we could reach a fair deal. He ensured some minor cosmetic damage (two very small dents and some surface scratching) were repaired at no additional cost to me. Finally, Nick and Rushmore Honda went above and beyond their responsibilities by driving the newly purchased vehicle to my house so I wouldn't need to arrange to have a friend drop me off at the dealership later to pick up the car. As a whole, my experience at Rushmore Honda with Nick Thurman and Alex Barth was excellent. I would recommend both the dealership and the salesmen to others.
