Jake Meredith our sales person for both purchases, was a professional in the best sense of the word. Jake is a zero pressure - the vehicle sells itself, just let me know when you are ready and I will make the best offer for you I can. (Which he did, twice) Our new Ridgeline has drawn several folks asking about it, I have sent them to both Jake and Rushmore Honda without reservation. LOVED Melissa and Jamie! My husband and I went one weekend to look. We were greeted by Melissa and Jamie, and told them our price range and that we were not buying right now, My husband and I went one weekend to look. We were greeted by Melissa and Jamie, and told them our price range and that we were not buying right now, just trying to get an idea of what is in our price range. They were so kind and showed us some vehicles that were in our price range. They weren't pushy in the least bit; they were so nice and explained the pros/cons of each car. They were both so nice and relaxed. Not once did we feel like they were trying to pull one over on us or just shove a car on us and be done. We went back the next week to buy and Melissa was busy with another customer, so we wound up dealing with the sales manager, Bill. He was what one imagines when they think of a used car salesman- pushy, fast talking, overly condescending. My husband and I were NOT happy having to deal with him. Had he been the one we met the first time we stopped by Rushmore Honda, we would have left and not come back. Luckily, Melissa was able to check on us here and there and that made us both feel better. Chad, the finance manager, is so nice, too! Overall, it was a good experience (minus the frustrating part with Bill) and I'm very pleased with my car. I would recommend Rushmore Honda, Melissa, Jamie, and Chad to any of my friends. More

Very pleased I would say the dealership is hard to “deal” with. Now don’t get me wrong when I say that. It is a lot easier for a customer to “deal” when you can I would say the dealership is hard to “deal” with. Now don’t get me wrong when I say that. It is a lot easier for a customer to “deal” when you can actually find fault with the dealership, the sales person, or the product. The problem with that is we could not really come up with anything to complain about. Oh, sure, we probably could have tried to play hardball to get the price down a bit more, but it was just not worth it. There were more customers wanting the product we wanted, a late in the model year 2017 Pilot Touring, than there was product available. Besides, this dealership has been good to us in the past, the sales person, Jason Bonnette, went out of his way to explain the vehicle and the purchase process, so we were happy. Our only complaint was we had kind of got ourselves all psyched up to “deal” but as it turned out we didn’t really need to. More
