I have had two repairs done on our 2018 Expedition MAX and both were done correctly. We live about 65 miles from this dealer and about 75 miles from the next closest Ford. Ordered wrong alternator even after looking at it. Took 7 days to get wrong thing. Finally after 10 days got my truck. Rented car all that time. Got very little taken off the bill. Mike answered all my questions and had everything ready for me to test drive the car. It was winter so he had it already warmed up and the windows scrapped upon my arrival.
