The sale was handled by PJ Burda and I would recommend him highly. He was quick to reply to emails and texts with accurate information. Thanks to PJ. Dealing with the finance manager was as usual, an aggravating experience because they all try to sell you expensive extras that you don't need and should never purchase from a dealer. They are really salesmen first and finance officers second. Also, since I was from CA and financing the truck, he did his best to get me to pay for an agent they had chosen to register my truck in my state. The cost is not worth it (you can do this yourself), and I would never give some stranger "power of attorney." This finance manager was quick to move papers in front of me to sign and very slow to give adequate explanations for each document I was signing. I had to ask several questions to get the information needed before signing anything. Make sure you carefully read everything you are signing and carefully check their figures. I expected all this, so I was not surprised by it. It's amazing how fast we got out of that office once he knew we were not going to be purchasing any of the offered extras. All that said, I would highly recommend Dennis Dillon Dodge. More
